My product was sent 11 days after I placed the order. Because of that, I didn’t receive my order in time. The worst for me is that I have never been contacted to inform me of such a delay. Very disappointing.
They offered a 20€ voucher when I complained but I won’t risk buying anything again from them.

We are really sorry for that and for the disturbance that we have caused you. You have placed your order on 9th of December and you received the product on 28th of December. The normal delivery time is maximum 10 days for standard courier but due to Christmas days there were some delays and we apologize for that. Almost all of our orders are on time but during christmas days sometimes delays may occur. Thank you for your understanding

Dear client, we are really sorry to hear that but the truth is different. Your product was delivered within 2 weeks and there was a delay on the delivery because you gave us a wrong address. That is was not our fault. If a client does not give us the right address we cannot do miracles. Thank you very much
