This was my first dealing with your firm and it was very successful. The selection of Australian wines available was good and much appreciated as I was buying for a family member who misses his Australian reds while living in Germany. I was kept informed about the progress of the order and it arrived very promptly and was much enjoyed.

8wines was fine but the ups delivery was catastrphic. They simply left the wine at a relay point that had no parking and was difficult to access. By contrast, a similar wine order from Burgundy was delivered to my door.

Bottiglia danneggiata

Buonasera, purtroppo all’ordine che ho fatto una delle bottiglie mi è stata inviata rotta.. sicuramente non è colpa di 8wine ma del corriere, però il fatto ancora non mi è stato fatto il rimborso del danno recato e non mi hanno risposto a qualche mail che gli ho fatto, rimango molto Dispiaciuto!

De wijn is top.Wordt gebracht aan huis door UPS ,niet dus ! De firma heeft alleen standaard zinnetjes in huis zodat het probleem ook door hen niet opgelost wordt

Dear Customer, if the customer is not available at his delivery address, the shipment company stores the parcel at the nearest pick-up location, which is what happened in your case. We hope you enjoy the wines.
