Tunella Sauvignon Blanc 2020 is a stunning wine, one which leaves rated Kiwi versions struggling in its wake. Crisp, fresh, clean and yet with great depth and body. This is a delight. The website is user-friendly and helpful. The downside is using UPS as the courier. They re-scheduled (i.e. postponed) my delivery 6 times without explanation and their (UPS) customer service 'bot' was utterly poor.

I found the customer service was very poor. I was called the wrong name in response to my email & was given the delivery time for the UK & not Ireland, even though the terms & conditions for Ireland was 3 days quicker than the UK. I needed to explain that they are different countries & the discrepancy in the time difference was ignored.

Fantastic choice of wines from across the world. Helpful and efficient sorting filters and a rewards points scheme that quickly adds up to free bottles. Orders are usually shipped same day or next. I've never had damage or incorrect order. Such an efficient way to order directly to your door!

Fair prices and great selection of interesting wines. This was my third order and there have been no problems with any of them. Lead time for UK delivery is about 7 days. The bottles are very securely packed and I've had no breakages.

Perfect gift for the person who has everything!
I ordered tasting box of Marlborough wines for my husband.. great selection of wines and great prices too! Just to point out it was delivered in one week exactly to Ireland so allow for that if it’s a gift? Great service all round 👍

Everything smooth, except the delivery company. They tried just once to deliver to my address. Then they left the heavy box at an UPS access point of THEIR choice. No asking. This was a shop where parking is difficult
