To już mój drugi zakup na stronie 8wines i wrażenia są pozytywne. Na plus: bardzo dobry wybór win, oceny pomagające w wyborze, łatwość zarządzania listami (mam już swoje ulubione wina, dodane do odpowiednich folderów), ceny win w wielu przypadkach niższe niż w innych sklepach. Do tego wysyłka była zawsze terminowa, a wina dobrze zapakowane. Gdybym miała szukać jakichś minusów, to brak możliwości odfiltrowania win wg dostępności - już kilka razy się szykowałam na zakup, a tu wina brak i status "poza magazynem... ale poza tym wszystko jest OK.

The products are as goods as the wines you choose of course, but the pricing is rather bizarre. Their baseline prices feel high, and discounts bring them closer to market price. The most challenging is the shipping. They do ship really fast, but their shipping partner really sucks. They communicated they would come on Saturday. So you wait all day, only to get info late in the evening they will come on Monday. So I was staying home for nothing??? That is not ok.

Immediate respons, straight to the point. Quick and correct delivery by a reliable courrier (I know others, unfortunately). Clear communication. Your range of choice is not the largest on the market, and your prices are also not the most interesting sometimes, but I can find wines which I do not find anywhere else.

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. The wine selection is truly impressive, with wonderful collections from different regions. Prices are very competitive and the value for money is excellent. What surprised me the most was the incredibly fast delivery – everything arrived perfectly packed and much sooner than expected. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great wine and professional service.

I love the site. The selection is great and the prices are good. I really like to order here. Also the reward point system is nice. BUT The shipping with UPS really sucks. UPS did not even attempt to deliver to my home and did not even manage to drop the package at a package shop on the first go. I think it should be a must with heavy wine packages to deliver to the customers home.

I ordered four bottles of wine from 8Wines, delivered by UPS. UPS reported that the package had been partially damaged in transit and delivered a repackaged box containing only three of the four bottles. Disappointingly, there was no apology or explanation from UPS regarding the missing bottle. I contacted 8Wines immediately, explained the situation and provided photos of the damaged shipment. After receiving no response for more than four days, I followed up and advised that I would consider a chargeback if the matter was not addressed within the next week. Unsurprisingly, I received a reply within an hour of messaging them. 8Wines then requested additional photos and initially offered either a refund or a discount on a future purchase. However, I asked whether they could simply send a replacement bottle for the one that was lost or broken, as that was my preferred resolution. The following day, I was informed that a replacement was not possible and that a refund has been issued instead. In other words, despite presenting me with options, the final resolution was ultimately decided for me. What I found frustrating was what happened next. Their email concluded by saying, "If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out." Taking them at their word, I asked whether they could offer a discount on shipping if I reordered the same bottle alongside other wines. Since then, I've received no response. In other words refund given case closed. While I appreciate that I was refunded for the missing bottle, the poor communication, delayed responses and lack of flexibility in resolving the issue left me disappointed with the overall experience.

Particolarità dei vini Apprezzo molto poter trovare delle bottiglie diverse dalle solite "commerciali" A volte potrebbe essere un rischio, ma ad essere sincera mi è sempre andata bene! Excellent service from start (placing order) to finish (delivery - in my office!). I particulary liked the "package tracking information" and the "shipping details" report, through my account, that made me feel confident and relaxed while waiting for the wonderful wines (and in wonderful prices) to arrive. Beyond my expectations, the first "8 Wines" experience!

Great selection, good range of prices, some very interesting options that I haven't seen before - we got a very pleasant Merlot from Moldova for example. I've never seen Moldovan wine for sale before. Quick dispatch and detailed delivery tracking too, with quick customs clearance.

I placed an order of 17 bottles of wine from 8Wines (Czech Republic) on December 22nd and would like to share my experience. The 8Wines website is excellent — well designed, easy to navigate, and offering a very impressive wine selection. The ordering and checkout process was smooth and secure, and the overall shopping experience was truly pleasant. The 8Wines team was highly efficient, preparing and handing the order over to the courier in less than 12 hours, which reflects great professionalism. Unfortunately, the delivery process did not meet the same high standards. While the parcel was collected by UPS on December 22nd and arrived in Athens by December 24th, there were limited tracking updates afterward and no clear delivery information. Communication with the local courier proved difficult, and despite several attempts, it was not possible to receive timely support or clarification. The delivery was eventually completed on January 7th, without prior notification. This delay was disappointing, especially considering the excellent service provided by 8Wines up to that point. Overall, 8Wines delivered a great customer experience, but the choice of courier for deliveries to Greece had a noticeable impact on the final outcome. It may be worth considering alternative shipping partners (such as DHL) in order to ensure a consistently high-quality experience for Greek customers.

From selecting my wine to delivery was perfect. I used to go to France to buy Champagne on the doorstep of small growers. Le Brun Servenay was our largest purchase before Brexit killed it. These local grower Champagnes are some of the finest you can buy at very low prices so to find our favorite on this site was amazing. Sadly with Transport, Import Tax and 20% VAT on the whole order it makes your wine very expensive but it was worth it as a treat.

In particular I enjoyed the possibility to easily choose different wines at reasonable prices from different regions, sometimes unknown regions as wine producers.

Great selection. Cost of some wines is a bit on the high side. Delivery is inconsistant. Had a scheduled day of Friday, Had planned to WFH to recieve. Changed two days before to the Thursday. Unable to change working schedule. Package was then delievered and left on my doorstep. Not ideal.

Well, what can I say; couple of months ago we were visiting Champagne by car and we came accross a small producer; Goutorbe, we bought a cuople of bottles just by chance, we didn’t get to try it at the time, so we brought them back to Sweden, it happened to be the most delightful bubbles ever, while searching for this brand we got bingo at 8wines, they had the brut tradition in stock and contrary to most european distributors 8wines were delivering to SWE, said and done, we placed an order for a box and took delivery in just 5 days, 3-4 days earlier than the ETA, lovely, thx! We’ll be back for more!

A wide selection of wines, some of which are less well-known here but definitely worth trying. Prices are on the lower end of average... so I recommend it.

Ho avuto problemi con il pagamento con la carta, ma ho richiesto il bonifico e ho potuto comunque ricevere la merce. Pagata il sabato, martedì avevo il vino davanti casa. Felice del servizio

Good, but I miss some extra discounts for repetable customers. With some others wine shops I have account and gold membership with 30% or 20% discounts on every order…you recive gold membership if you buy enough bottles…

They are always super quick and I haven’t had any issues in my many previous orders. The webshop is easy to use. Everything is super clear.
