I had already ordered several dust bags from this company and was satisfied with the price and quality. At that time, it was clearly recognizable on the delivered packaging for which vacuum cleaner brands the bags were suitable. Currently (perhaps for cost-saving reasons?) this is no longer the case. A shame. There is nothing on the delivered packaging that makes it easier to assign it to the vacuum cleaner, such as at least the order number. If you order for multiple types and have no bags left to compare, the only option left is to try what fits.

Since I cannot currently rate the goods, I only want to rate the delivery and customer service and leave the rating of the goods blank. However, the system does not allow this, and my suggestion is to change this. Accordingly, I have provisionally chosen the middle of the scale, which says nothing about the goods.

Replacement motor for Miele vacuum cleaner was swiftly delivered by MisterVac but did not work. I gladly accepted MisterVac's offer to send my disassembled vacuum cleaner for repair and receive it back without further costs, except for the shipping. The device came back repaired and complete after a few days. This service impressed and delighted me, despite the initially non-working replacement part!

I came across Mr.vac through a Google search and after a quick research, I found my Miele replacement motor. Ordered it, after three days it was here and fit perfectly. The new motor is quieter and has more power, my worry that the electronics might get overloaded has so far been unfounded (old motor had 890w, the new one 1300w) everything works and there are no overheating or the like. The Miele plug fits perfectly. So if you are facing the decision, new vacuum cleaner for 300 euros or new motor for 45 euros, buy the motor here at Mr.Vac and after a little tinkering, you are back with an (almost) new vacuum cleaner.
