I placed my order 4 workdays ago. And it said “order before 22 and we will send today ”. I still haven’t heard anything or received my track and track. I believe it’s the delivery company who is slow. But you could at least have sent me a confirmation on the day that you packed my order and inform me that it is on its way. Or maybe you could write an estimate on delivery days, e.g. 3-5 workdays, when I wrote my address at check-out
