Appalling strive. Ordered a Christmas gift on December 8th. Paid 18 euro for delivery. Still hasn't arrived. Nobody answering the phone.

Thank you for taking the time to leave the feedback. We are sorry for the delays that have occurred with your delivery, and that the postal courrier said it'll be delivered on a day, that they didn't manage to keep.
In december, during the christmas time, it can lead to delays with deliveries due to the huge amount of orders and packages the courriers have to process and ship.
