Wish more brands could be placed on backorder. For now we can pretty much only order what is on stock, which makes it a bit harder. Other than that the vendor is great. The site and search engine is fantastic. They have good prices and fast shipment. Have not had any problems with shipment papers or invoices. Also always fast and professional responses when we need support or are looking for items not in the webshop yet. We can also download parts/price lists which is amazing, it helps both the technicians and purchase departments greatly.

Very long waiting time for answer or even no answer at all for questions.
