Excellent products and outstanding customer service
I am extremely satisfied with my experience with RC Factory. Their aircraft are of outstanding quality, lightweight, durable, and a pleasure to fly.
What impressed me the most was the customer support. Communication was fast, friendly, and highly professional. They genuinely care about their customers and always strive to find the best solution.
RC Factory produces some of the best EPP aircraft available today, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone interested in RC flying, from beginners to advanced pilots.
Thank you to the entire RC Factory team for your great work and dedication!

The best choice of ultra light RC planes. The assembly process is well described ans easy to performed. This is not my first RC factory plane ans still enthousiaste. The box used for the shipment is safe and strong enough to deliver in France without damage to the product.

Ahoj!
The package was delivered very quickly. The contents were exactly as ordered. But I have not tested the timer yet.
I'm glad that someone still supplies accessories for control line flying models.
I wish your company all the best.

Perfect delivery
The website is great and made me confident to buy my new plane at RC Factory. The delivery was fast. The quality is here. My only slight regret is that I asked a question on the website to help me choose my plane but got no answer.

Le portail INTERNET est très facile d'utilisation et les pièces détachées s'identifient rapidement. Les fais d'expédition sont un peu élevés mais le service est à la hauteur.

All planes were in stock unlike the uk where nothing is available. Great information in deciding which plane to buy although technical information differed slightly depending what part of the information for a particular plane you read. Shipping and payment very easy to complete. Registration simple and straightforward however had another look at the web site but cannot get in. Tried to use forgotten password but still not had a response. Other wise brilliant products
