Very fast shipping: 2 days to Germany, which is just as fast as within Germany! Payment by bank transfer was also lightning fast (same day!) and the free buyer protection from Trusted Shops is not even necessary, but gives a good feeling.
The package was perfectly packed (even with cut protection at the opening).
The shop has a large selection of items from the USA in stock and the communication is excellent.
I will gladly order again.

The product was lousy. Flip fuel canister transfer device didn't thread properly on the receiving end canister. Can't use the product it it keeps leaking.

Great product range
One of the only shops in Europe that had the grossgamer sitpads. So i liked the product range outdoorline carries. Ordering and delivery went smooth although the street number was missing.

I purchased the Gossamer Gear Kumo 36 (small). I'm 156 cm. The backpack is fantastic. I carried enough for a two week trek and it is so light that you forget it's there. The shipping was fast and flawless from Slovakia to Germany. They even included a personal note thanking me for my purchase. It was a nice touch. I will definitely buy from Outdoorline again.
