I like the quality and unprecedented performances (startup time) of the spirit burner. I like that its a re-used aluminium can. I like the origami stand improving performances and giving power control. Its something I missed with previous burners. I like how things are smartly handcralted here. Then the origami would be better with rounded edges (instead of cutting ones). It would be good to have a way to safely stop the burner (to save some alcool). It must be handled fast and reliably, even in panic… (could be a funnel with a cylinder part in the middle, to be used to refill the alcohol bottle)

I particularly like the up-to-date availability information, the fast delivery, and the straightforward ordering process. Whenever you have questions, you always receive a quick and competent response, which is great as well. What I find unfortunate is that items (Zpacks) are often out of stock, and subjectively it seems to take a relatively long time until they are available again. My wish would be to also be able to order items through Outdoorline that are not included in the catalog and are difficult for me to obtain due to customs regulations. Would something like that be possible, or is it being planned?

I was looking for a durston x-dome 1+ here in the uk which are really hard to come buy, they seem to go out of stock as soon as they go on pre order so I searched harder and found outdoorline which had them in stock so I ordered. I'm really happy with my order and the service I recieved. Will certainly look at outdoorline for further purchases.

Excellent selection of products, including some more niche and harder-to-find brands. The order was dispatched practically immediately and arrived quickly on the other side of Europe. Initially they realized quite slow that their stock was off and they don't have 1 of the items I ordered. However after that support was super kind and fast to resolve the issue and delivery was extra fast. Overall i am very happy with my 1st order. Thank you!

Amazing website selling great products! The customer service is top notch! I bought a Durston x mid pro right before Christmas and mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Right after contacting customer service the rectified the issue and the tent arrived in time for Christmas. Some of the products sold here cannot be found on any other site that ships to Europe and certainly not at the same prices. I will for sure order from here again!

bought a dipole 2 dw and asked for fast shipping in the late afternoon. tent was shipped with DHL Express next morning and I got it next day. very friendly people.

Incredibly fast delivery. They offer unique products in Europe (I hate dealing with customs formalities when shopping in the U.S.). Unfortunately, not all items are in stock.

I bought the VAUCLUSE GEAR Ultralight Backpack Ventilation Frame & Sleeve and I'm completely satisfied with it. The service was also excellent.
