Vu qu'il y a des frais de port, ce qui est normal, il serait utile de connaître les dates de réapprovisionnement des articles manquants Lors de mon dernier achat, l'oreiller de chez Zpacks était hors stock et il m'a été annoncé de retour le jour de la réception de mon colis. I like the quality and unprecedented performances (startup time) of the spirit burner. I like that its a re-used aluminium can. I like the origami stand improving performances and giving power control. Its something I missed with previous burners. I like how things are smartly handcralted here. Then the origami would be better with rounded edges (instead of cutting ones). It would be good to have a way to safely stop the burner (to save some alcool). It must be handled fast and reliably, even in panic… (could be a funnel with a cylinder part in the middle, to be used to refill the alcohol bottle)

The catalogue is very well presented and effortless navigation (as English speaker). Clear instructions, fast despatch and secure fast delivery and tracking. Great products and super fast shipping. I really appreciate the fact that we can buy ultralight gear in Europe. My favorite items are the Alpha Direct Hoodie and the Ekopak pouch. I ordered the pouch accidentally, but now that I have it I love it. :) And there was a handwritten note on the invoice, which is just nice.

I particularly like the up-to-date availability information, the fast delivery, and the straightforward ordering process. Whenever you have questions, you always receive a quick and competent response, which is great as well. What I find unfortunate is that items (Zpacks) are often out of stock, and subjectively it seems to take a relatively long time until they are available again. My wish would be to also be able to order items through Outdoorline that are not included in the catalog and are difficult for me to obtain due to customs regulations. Would something like that be possible, or is it being planned?

I was looking for a durston x-dome 1+ here in the uk which are really hard to come buy, they seem to go out of stock as soon as they go on pre order so I searched harder and found outdoorline which had them in stock so I ordered. I'm really happy with my order and the service I recieved. Will certainly look at outdoorline for further purchases.

Excellent experience with OutdoorLine. Initially, there was a mix up in my order, but customer service corrected it right away and made it easy for me to return the incorrect item. Fast shopping, excellent tracking and communication, I highly recommend them

I’ve ordered from outdoor online several times, the most recent I had my wife join me for the second half of the Gr5 so I to get a new two person tent sent to me quickly. It arrived in three days super fast and efficient each time.

Great Products, quick shipping, well packaged, really happy with my oreder, will be back again for more purchases. Only thing You could try to improve trying to keep items in stock and reasonably priced, but I’m sure you already work on that.

Naturally I find the prizes attractive, but apart from that it’s an absolute win that the selection of high quality gear, from around the globe, is as accessible as Outdoorline makes it. And then the swift and personal service closes the deal.

Used Outdoorline for the first time to buy a couple of water bottles I couldn't get hold of in Ireland. Everything went really smoothly and now going to use them for some other bits of kit I have my eye on. Wholly recommended.
