Outdoorline - UL shop

Reviews:

Ordered a pair of UL trowels, so I won't have to move my single one between bags. So, am I often doing number two in the woods? Not at all, but during my short walks in nature I do at times light a small (twigs and cones) enclosed fire for a pot of coffee, tea, an instant soup or just because it's nice. Having a little trowel to hide any remains is handy. Other times I just want some light sand to mix into a flower pot. I know a few good spots for that, so keeping a small re-used plastic bag and a trowel in my day-trip backpack is convenient. With a bit of care, it doubles as a passable urban shoe horn. And should nature actually call, then I'm properly equipped.

It's very to have a place in Europe where we can find ultralight equipment and items from some of the best manufacturers outside of the EU. Also of course EU companies who are making high quality trekking equipment/ gear, very few shops stock all these brands, it's great that outdoorline does. Website is very easy to use, purchases can be made with absolutely no problems and delivery is good. Packing is excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised by both the speed with which the order was processed and fulfilled, and by the delivery, despite living in a different country to the retailer. I’d say it was excellent! As for the items, I have no complaints: I often find the items I’m looking for on Outdoorline, as they stock high-quality ultralight products. In future it would be great to see other leading brands in the ultralight sector, as well as greater stock availability, although I realise that this may not depend entirely on Outdoorline’s policy but on external factors. I also appreciated the personalised, handwritten thank-you note I found inside the parcel. Thanks! :-)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely recommended – excellent service! I ordered a Durston tent from Outdoorline and I’m extremely happy with the entire experience. Shipping was very fast, and the whole ordering process was smooth and reliable. I especially want to highlight the excellent, friendly communication. Responses were quick, helpful and professional, and you can really tell that customer satisfaction is a priority. This is exactly what you want from an outdoor shop: friendly, reliable, fast and customer-focused. I would definitely order from Outdoorline again and can highly recommend them. Thank you for the excellent service!

Thierry

I ordred geara from Outdoorline several times in the past few years. My experience with this online shop was consistently exceptional. They have amazing product selection of ultralight outdoor gear and fast service. Most products arrived in few days. I particularly appreciate the attention to details, such as minimal packaging.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Outdoorline. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, communication was clear, and the customer service was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I truly appreciate the excellent service and the way I was treated as a customer. Everything has been handled very well, and I honestly cannot think of anything that could have been done better. I would gladly shop here again and highly recommend Outdoorline to others!

I bought ultralight camping shoes (Zpack). The price was of course high, as in the USA. I was a little disappointed because they are suitable for indoors or on a flat and dry surface. The delivery was fast (DHL) for which of course I have to pay extra. I am very satisfied with the seller and their camping equipment selection is absolutely fantastic!

Peter and Alena are very friendly and attentive to every request. Orders are carefully packed and shipped very quickly, either the same day or the following day. I’ve been a customer for years and have always been completely satisfied. My only regret is that the loyalty points system is no longer available..

I didn't receive the package because it was stolen from my building before I got home. But the delivery was fast and their customer service is actively helping to find a solution for the stolen package after I filed a police report. So far their service and efforts made are impressive. I hope to be able to comment on their product soon...

Tässä palaute englanniksi: Extremely fast shipping – I received the dispatch notification within an hour of placing my order, and the products arrived well packed. The shop has an excellent selection, especially for lightweight and ultralight hiking. I warmly recommend this store to everyone!

I like the quality and unprecedented performances (startup time) of the spirit burner. I like that its a re-used aluminium can. I like the origami stand improving performances and giving power control. Its something I missed with previous burners. I like how things are smartly handcralted here. Then the origami would be better with rounded edges (instead of cutting ones). It would be good to have a way to safely stop the burner (to save some alcool). It must be handled fast and reliably, even in panic… (could be a funnel with a cylinder part in the middle, to be used to refill the alcohol bottle)

Best European shop for Ultralight Gear & Zpacks! I have ordered from Outdoorline in Slovakia multiple times, and they have consistently proven to be an absolutely fantastic retailer. If you are based in Europe and looking for ultralight gear—especially Zpacks—without the hassle of US customs and long shipping times, this shop is an absolute lifesaver. My most recent order arrived incredibly fast and perfectly packaged. I purchased a completely new backpack setup and a few accessories: • 1x Zpacks Super Nero Ultra 50L (Jet Black / Vest straps) • 1x Zpacks Padded Belt for Nero (Medium) • 2x Zpacks Belt Pouch • 1x Zpacks Itty Bitty Ditty Bag • 1x Zpacks 1g Tick Remover Everything arrived exactly as described and in flawless condition. The communication from their team is always transparent, and their customer service is top-notch. It is always a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend Outdoorline to any fellow hiker and ultralight enthusiast—I will definitely be buying from them again!

Excellent service, absolutely recommended! DPD dropped my shipment in the waste paper container and didn't leave a note. The container was emptied the next morning... 😱 Outdoorline was very quick to respond and sent a new item right away. I'll order from them again without a doubt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great products and super fast shipping. I really appreciate the fact that we can buy ultralight gear in Europe. My favorite items are the Alpha Direct Hoodie and the Ekopak pouch. I ordered the pouch accidentally, but now that I have it I love it. :) And there was a handwritten note on the invoice, which is just nice.

The catalogue is very well presented and effortless navigation (as English speaker). Clear instructions, fast despatch and secure fast delivery and tracking. Clear technical specification and pictures. It's exactly what I would wish from any supplier - it seems particularly well set up for international audience.

Merci outdoorline

Order arrived quickly and with everything in order. I appreciate having an EU based shop to buy stuff like the X-mid that can be hard to source outside the US (with all the hassle involved ordering from there directly).

I particularly like the up-to-date availability information, the fast delivery, and the straightforward ordering process. Whenever you have questions, you always receive a quick and competent response, which is great as well. What I find unfortunate is that items (Zpacks) are often out of stock, and subjectively it seems to take a relatively long time until they are available again. My wish would be to also be able to order items through Outdoorline that are not included in the catalog and are difficult for me to obtain due to customs regulations. Would something like that be possible, or is it being planned?

Excellent experience with OutdoorLine. Initially, there was a mix up in my order, but customer service corrected it right away and made it easy for me to return the incorrect item. Fast shopping, excellent tracking and communication, I highly recommend them
