The part delivered was as described. Thanks.
The only thing I think was overkill was the delivery method (to the door by express delivery company PostNord) that was IMHO excessive as I only ordered new (rubber) drive belt for my old turntable. I would have been happy with less expensive method (letter / envelope) as it the product is very small and weight few grams).
I would actually suggest that there would be option (based on size/weight of the ordered product) for customers to select. It would also be more environmentally friendly to be able to use regular post service for small orders.

I ordered a product 20.6 that was supposed to be in stock and to be delivered fast. On 30.6 I enquired what is happening and the message was that it wasn't in stock and external provider has informed about a delay. I was told on 4.7 that I can cancel the order, which I said I want to on 5.7.
However, on 11.7 I got a message from Post Nord about a delivery, and I had already purchased and received the produt from elsewhere, since I needed it fast. I asked about a returning and I was told that I need to do it at my own expense. Fixpart would have done it with 20€ service, but I just marched to my local post office since I didn't want to get anymore poor service from Fixpart. The returning of the product cost me almost 30€, which I lost due to this farce.
Therefore I cannot reccommend this to anyone as you might understand.

Was sent incompatible part for Ignis ADL 232 dishwasher. Were needed upper tray's slider rail stopper. Bad quality for such a high price. I will never order spare parts again from fixpart.

Delivery took 12 days instead of the promised 3-4 days. When the part (washing machine drain pump) arrived and was unpacked, I noted that the plastic cover of electric motor of the pump was broken. Because of the large pile of laundry we could not start the long process again and therefore I taped the cover. Now we just hope that the pump will last at least a few years.

Tuote tilattu 13.5. Eikä se ole vielä tullu perille!
On oltu sähköpostitse yhteydessä asiakas palveluun kysymyksien kanssa. Saatu vastauksia, mutta ei kysymyksiimme. Olemme kertoneet mm. että lähdemme matkalle ja toimituksellä on jo kiire, aikaa enää 2 päivää, sitten ei ole vastaanottajaa ennenkuin 5.6. jälkeen.
Lupaamanne toimitusajat ovat jo ylittyneet selvästi. 22.5. lähetys on ilmeisesti tullut Suomeen, mutta kun kysyimme milloin se on meillä tai mistä sen voi noutaa, siihen ei ole saatu vastausta.
Meidän eläkelaisperheen näkökulmasta toimintanne on ollut kaikilta osin välttävää ja liikaa oletusarvoista sille asialle, että asiakas selvittää missä pakettimme on.
Olemme hyvin pettyneitä teihin.
