I received exactly the right product: a refrigerator door bottle shelf. "Installation" took 30 seconds. However, the shipping process left something to be desired; the package had been sent using only my first name, so it couldn't be located when I went to pick it up. I called UPS customer service, and half an hour later, I received an email stating that the package was listed under my first name—with everything written in capital letters. Once the package was found, it turned out to be completely crushed. I checked the condition of the item, and despite the package being torn and squashed, the product itself was intact.

It was easy and convincing enough to purchase fitting spare part. Images were important to be sure of compatibility. What would have made it even more easier - some kind of statement that people who buy this part also typically by this other part at the same time. This would have helped me realize that the other part was also broken and did not belong to the set I bought first. But anyhow - it didn't matter so much because delivery for second part was fast enough. Parts combined fully fixed the problem and now machine is back in working state. I am thankful.

FixPart’s subcontractor failed to dispatch the product. FixPart pressed the subcontractor on the matter, but even so they neither delivered the item nor communicated with us about the situation. The process took several weeks, during which the devices awaiting repair remained unrepaired for the entire period - a delay tens of times longer than the promised delivery time. After I had written a laconic public review and feedback describing what had happened, FixPart contacted me by email of their own accord and arranged for the product in question to be supplied to me promptly.

Hei! Tilaamani tuote oli juuri sellainen kuin pitikin, mutta toimitus kaikkea muuta. Tilasin tuotteeni 1-2 päivän toimitusajalla, enkä siis 5-7 päivän toimitusajalla, vaikka se olisi ollut sivuston mukaan 6,66 euroa halvempi. Tein tilaukseni sunnuntaina, joten oletin, että saapumispäivä olisi viimeistään tiistai. Seurannan mukaan tuotteen toimitus alkoi ripeästi, niin kuin pitikin eli heti seuraavana yönä alkoi tapahtua. Odotin siis innolla kuljetusliikkeen yhteydenottoa tavaran toimittamisesta. Maanantaina kuitenkin kaikki tyssäsi. Tavara ei liikkunut mihinkään koko tiistain aikana, vaikka silloinhan sen olisi pitänyt olla jo minulla. Kukaan ei missään vaiheessa ottanut minuun yhteyttä. Keskiviikkona tapahtui joku liikahdus, kuten myös torstaina, jolloin olin jo aikeissa reklamoida asiasta. Päätin kuitenkin odottaa perjantaihin, jolloin iltapäivällä seurantaa katsoessani tajusin, että nyt tavara toimitettu perille. Niin minne, koska kukaan ei vieläkään ollut ottanut minuun yhteyttä tavaran toimituksesta. No, kotiin töistä mentyäni löysin pahvilaatikon autokatoksesta. Mitäs jos olisinkin ollut seuraavat viikot poissa kotoa, olisi paketin voinut ottaa kuka vaan. Sain siis paketin viidentenä päivä tilauksesta, jos tilauspäivää eli sunnuntaita ei lasketa mukaan. Nyt vakavissani harkitsen, että jätän tuon 6,66 euroa maksamatta, koska en saanut tuotetta 1-2 kahdeen päivän toimitusajalla, vaikka niin luvattiin.

I got what I was seeking and ordered. It was easy to find the item that I wanted. The payment part went quite ok. There were some parts when I gave my information that wasn't logical but not any big issues. Only the Klarna payment method first rejected and I planned to cancel the order but when did not do that right away, on the next day I got Klarna message that the payment was passed.

I've ordered now two separate times items needed for older and newer home machinery and have been very pleased with fast deliveries and items purchased. Old machines have got a new life with spare parts. Will happily use their services again. Näpäkkä ja nopsa toimitus, tuotteet just niinkuin piti. suosittelen!

Astianpesukoneestani hajosi pidike/kytkin, joka piti käynnistysnappia paikoillaan. Korjaajan olisin saanut paikalle viikon päästä, mutta päätin kokeillaan onnistuisinko vaihtamaan sen itse. Tilasin uuden osan torstaina aamupäivällä klo 11 ja se toimitettiin minulle Saksasta Suomeen perjantaiksi klo 14. Myös asennus itse onnistui helposti ilman ongelmia. Uskomattoman nopeaa toimintaa!

At first, it would have been good to notice when placing the order that the store is not Finnish and that the delivery would be coming from farther away. Knowing this in advance, I could have bought four similar items from another store for the same price. However, the product I ordered did arrive. It was well packaged and matched the order. If there’s one thing I would have appreciated, it would have been some assembly instructions included in the package 😂.

Hyvin toimii osa ja kaikki, ei siltä osin valittamista. Valittavana oni itsellä muutama eri varaosa, kalliimpi, hieman halvelmpi ja halvin. Halvimmassa toimitus n.5 päivää ja kalliimmassa 1-2 päivää joten valitsin kalliimman. No siinä meni kuiteskin tuo 5 päivää, ei sekään sinänsä haitannut mutta kuiteskin kun valitsin kalliimman että saisin uunini nopeannin korjattua.

Tiputin tyttärelläni airfryerin "pohja astian", joka meni rikki. Näillä kymmenillä osan etsiminen ei ollut helppoa, mutta loppu hyvin, kaikki hyvin - löysin osan ja osasin sen myös tilata! Mikä eniten hämmästtttää, niin osa tuli vuorokaudessa lähikauppaan - uskomaton nopeus

A part from my food processor was broken. I found original part from fixpart which saved at lot of monet because i didn't have to buy totally new machine. Product was prosecced and sent it to me quiqly. I recommed sincerily. Good service and an important part of saving enviroment from buying all new device when you already had fully functional machine apart that one broken part.

Todella hyvä palvelu, että löytyy oikea tuote kysymällä. Tuote tulee tämän jälkeen nopeasti kotiin asti toimitettuna. Tuotteet olivat hyvin pakattu ja helppo asettaa paikoilleen. Ainoastaan palautus on vaikeaa, kun ei ole kielitaitoa ja maksaa suomesta lähetettynä paljon. Kannattaa miettiä mitä tilaa.

Kaukosäädintä mainostettiin alkuperäiseksi ja sellaiselta se laatunsa puolesta vaikuttaakin. On siis hyvä.Aiemmin tilasin eri kaupasta samannäköisen halvemman version, mutta se oli laadultaan huonompi, kuin loppuun kulutettu vanha alkuperäinen.

It took a whole week from ordering the part to the delivery of it to the local pick-up point. I do not know if this is normal or not so I can't quite rate your actions. The delivered part fit in perfectly so I guess I should be rather satisfied. The local distributor, PostNord, gave wrong information to the pick-up point so it took yet another two days to find your shipment from among the other packages at the pick-up point but that is not your fault, of course.

customer service didn't even try to find carbon brushes, even universal models for a 4 year old machine, they would have wanted to sell a new engine as original or as an accessory. I could have invested tens, not hundreds of euros in an old machine. Well, I have to order them from China. The door lock accessory part was cheap, functional and easy to install. The machine was fixed for a reasonable price, thank you for that. Delivery was fast to Finland.

Tuote oli oikea, toimitus nopea ja luotettava mikä on tärkeää, juuri nyt mm Matkahuolto toimittaa pakettinsa ulkoautomaatteihin joista sitä eivät ikäihmiset saa koska kaikilla ei ole älypuhelinta. Arvostan kotiintoimitusta ja sitä että asiakkaalta kysytään mihin paketti toimitetaan. Erinomaista palvelua ! Kiitos !

Tilatun mukainen osa tuli etuajassa suoraan ovelle ja oli helppo asentaa ohjevideon avulla. Pesukoneen korjaus tuli maksamaan noin 40 euroa. Liikkeessä korjaus olisi maksanut yli 200 ja se olisi pitänyt irrottaa, kuljettaa liikkeeseen, odottaa, hakea takaisin ja asentaa takaisin paikalleen.

Hei. Osa oli oikea ja mukana tuli myös letkunkiristin, sekä ohje asennukseen. Toimitus kesti yllättävän kauan. Osa oli torstain ja perjantain välisenä yönä Jyväskylässä, mutta päätyi jakeluun vasta seuraavana maanantaina. Toimitus kesti näin ollen kokonaisen viikon tilauksesta. Onneksi pesukoneeni toimi välttävästi tuon ajan, emmekä olleet pulassa.

The part was easy to find using the oven's type and model codes. The delivery was smooth and fast. Instructions for installing the parts (hinges) were not included. Neither were they available on YouTube. One must figure out how to do the job.

Order 202608619770 arrived yesterday, but I think there were some shortcomings with one of the products.
