Every time I go and collect my order there is a problem. One time I went and asked the staff I spoke to didn't know you could preorder and then I was more shocked when they didn't realise there was an app for heinemann

deliver ordered goods

Only deliver the goods, that people order and all will be fine. It's unpleasant when people order goods, you confirm, and then it turns out that some of the goods are missing and Heinemann cancel the order.
