Delay in forwarding the order to the courier... Mistaken invoice, which didn't include all my orders.. The error made me revert asking info, but there was actually a delayed NON response.. Very ambiguous communication.. Finally, i received correctly what i had ordered, and i ll say it's ok.. Yet.. I still trust you, and i have placed a new order for about euro 130. Previous orders were delivered substantially delayed. As far as i have understood you are a trustworthy company which has to invest in its internationalization..
