I accidentally bought for delivery when…
I accidentally bought for delivery when I meant to pick click and collect. I rang them and the staff member very kindly were able to have them ready for me to collect instead. The shops itself has loads of bikes and sports equipment. I’m thinking of upgrading my bike and I’ll be going here if I do.

The shop staff were very helpful and friendly
The shop staff were very helpful when I went to collect the item I bought, and when enquiring by phone when it would be ready to collect. The 'click and collect' delivery slot information and updates could be improved, and it arrived at the shop one day later than promised.

Highly recommended
Bought a Cube Nulane for commuting to work on. The service with The Edge Sports Shops was excellent from the start. Very prompt from the start, the bike arrived very well packed with most of the bike assembled. Instructions were included in the box and links to helpful youtube videos. Had the bike ready to go within about 20 mins. Great service and would highly recommend

Friendly and helpful team
Great selection of products and competitive prices. My most recent order was slightly delayed and the Edge team were brilliant, keeping me updated and offering me options to get my shoes to me as quickly as possible. I've been years living away from Cork now, and still shop with The Edge Sports!

I ordered a swim suit in a wrong size. I called the shop and was dealt with by a very helpful girl. Everything was straightforward. I could go to the shop and select a suitable suit or I could get a refund, or I could reorder on line.
I visited the shop in Cork and straight away I was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady in the swim department. I was helped in an honest and non pushy way by this lady.
When I went to the cash desk again the lady was friendly and helpful.
I came away thinking ‘what a great set up’. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this shop to others.
