Garmin Forerunner 255. I was looking for a replacement Garmin sports watch after my 735xt stopped working after 5 years of constant use and abuse. I researched the forerunner 255 and saw that the Edge Sports shop were offering this watch at a fairly competitive price, I ordered it and it arrived within 48hrs which was awesome. It's great and covers my usual sports of running, cycling (road & xc) and kayaking. It's great to know that you can buy Garmin products locally at a reasonable price from a reputable Sports store.

I have consistently found that no matter how quiet the shop is, there aren’t enough staff. The shop is very overcrowded with stock leaving very little room to move around. There’s no real order to the items and the shop is generally messy. The staff appear disinterested, dismissive and a little rude. The shop is in a handy location and is rather shop locally. However I’ll not be back unless things improve.

I received a voucher throught the post which clearly had gotten wet and there's a water stain on it I'm v disappointed as I was living it as a present and it arrived a wk late so much for same day service

Lots of potential but seems poorly run. Staff generally don’t look happy and the atmosphere/vibe in there stinks as a result. It’s a shame as it has a lot going for it. Prices are reasonable and stock is generally good.

I purchased a pair of Brooks runners which arrived very quickly however I needed to return these runners as per the Brooks guarantee and this is where I was very disappointed especially as the original delivery had been so good. I emailed them and received an email back to say they would be in touch and I'm still waiting. I did email them again but got no response.

Hi Nick, sorry we did not have your race magnets ready within 1 hour 20 minutes of your order, but our confirmation email does ask you to wait 8 hours. If you wish to make an instant purchase, it is best just to call in to the shop and pick the item off the shelf, especially at lunch time on a busy Saturday. Glad that we were able to process the order for you while you waited though. Many thanks.

Hello David, I'm very sorry to hear this. We received your order on the 5th March late in the afternoon and dispatched it the following day. A slight delay occurred by An Post however the tracking (which you should have received at the time of dispatch) shows it was delivered on the 8th March. Poor experience

Ordered and paid for a product online for Cork in store collection, email confirmed that I could collect the following day. Arrived to store and waited 20 minutes while the team apparently were 'getting my order ready'. Eventually I was told by another staff member the product was out of stock and would not be back in stock for months and I would be processed a refund. Waste of my time.

Hi Kieran, thanks for the feedback. We do text and email when orders are ready for collection. You ordered on a Sunday, the 8 hour processing in the original order email that you would have received is 8 "working hours" to give us adequate time to process the order, and try to prevent you coming in early and wasting your time. Sorry for the stock issue, due to a warranty issue with a cateye computer.

Hi Liam, a little unfair but we take the feedback on board and know that all of us can continually improve. Sorry if one or two staff did not give you the excellent customer service that we are known for. We would love a bigger shop again to display all of the stock we want to offer to our customers, and would love if it were easier to find more great staff. All the best.

Great store but poor gift voucher process, but good customer service when query was raised. Guys you got to move with the times. You offer gift vouchers but expect the buyer to get to your store to collthe voucher- really??

Ordered online, shop did not have my order when I went to collect. Had to take an alternative. It took 35 minutes to find this out. Assistant was very good and apologetic. Someone messed up. Usually my experience is very good.

Voucher hasn't arrived 6 days and counting

Ordered a voucher as a birthday present. It's been over 6 working days and it still hasn't arrived. Why is it taking so long? I live in carrigaline. The edge shop is only a few miles from me. Shouldn't have taken more than 2-3 days? The birthday had come and gone. Won't be shopping in the edge again

Hi JoAnn, thanks for your feedback. The Mesh Bags are listed under the Swimming main header->Accessories->Bags We do pay an external company a lot for the search bar functionality - but there are so many products sometimes the old fashioned search through the menus can work better
