Absolutely excellent service.
Wetsuit arrived promptly and on arrival was unsure of sizing and I rang the store. I spoke to a very helpful assistant who patiently explained how wetsuit should fit and offered alternatives if necessary. Very experienced staff.
My order for oofos sandal was taken funds taken 2 days later I received an email telling they hadn't got my model on stock very disappointing!

Hi Gary, sorry about this. Unfortunately these Oofos are not well labelled, it falls off very easily. When this happens, it can lead to a mistake whereby the product is sold out as the wrong item meaning the stock is wrong until the next stock take. We do our best to prevent these issues occurring. Apologies for this. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, Oofos stock is non-existent / can't be ordered either.
Items not actually in stock, but in stock online? This is the third time.
