Garmin Forerunner 255.
I was looking for a replacement Garmin sports watch after my 735xt stopped working after 5 years of constant use and abuse. I researched the forerunner 255 and saw that the Edge Sports shop were offering this watch at a fairly competitive price, I ordered it and it arrived within 48hrs which was awesome. It's great and covers my usual sports of running, cycling (road & xc) and kayaking. It's great to know that you can buy Garmin products locally at a reasonable price from a reputable Sports store.
I have consistently found that no matter how quiet the shop is, there aren’t enough staff. The shop is very overcrowded with stock leaving very little room to move around. There’s no real order to the items and the shop is generally messy. The staff appear disinterested, dismissive and a little rude.
The shop is in a handy location and is rather shop locally. However I’ll not be back unless things improve.
I ordered a smartwatch very late on Wednesday night, and the watch was delivered to me in Westmeath (from Cork) by Friday morning. I was very impressed with the very fast turn over and delighted I had it in time for the weekend.
Delivery was free but due to the high value of the smartwatch I paid 5€ for the UPS delivery but it probably wasn't even needed - happy to say that was the most expensive option for delivery so again I was happy with the service as recently I find delivery charges to be a lot.
Delighted I went with a local business and will recommend them to anyone I speak to, especially as the wat h I wanted was on sale also!

I purchased online then called the shop the lady who answered was reeeeeeelllly friendly and helpful. She rang back in 5 minutes and said the item could be collected and was waiting for me. The item was a Tacx Flux 2. Your website should emphasise that this does not come with a cassette. So I found that out when I got home!!!

Brilliant service. Reliable. I had an issue with my order (my mistake) I ordered the wrong size shoe and the customer service was exceptional in amending my issue.
