Garmin Forerunner 255.
I was looking for a replacement Garmin sports watch after my 735xt stopped working after 5 years of constant use and abuse. I researched the forerunner 255 and saw that the Edge Sports shop were offering this watch at a fairly competitive price, I ordered it and it arrived within 48hrs which was awesome. It's great and covers my usual sports of running, cycling (road & xc) and kayaking. It's great to know that you can buy Garmin products locally at a reasonable price from a reputable Sports store.
They sold me a product, which according to the website was in stock, but they never shipped the product. I got no response when I sent an email and only after I called them and they said they would look into the matter and call me back, I got an email that my order would be cancelled and that they would give me the money back.
I ordered a swim hat online and it was an easy process. Went for collection rather than post. It was ready almost instantly. Very happy with the hat, kept my hair dry.

I was very impressed when a sales person rang me before dispatch of the shoes to ensure that the colour of the shoes to be dispatched were satisfactory, as their colour differed from those on the website
