I would give 5 stars but after a call with a consultant, my request was to add another item to the order I placed one day before and I received absolutely no answer after - although she said she will notify me about my request. My normal order came without the second item added and without an answer about my request. They seem very professional when talking on the phone but in my case they forgot my request.

Excellent customer service , emails are answered in short time .In my country I have bmw store however I am very satisfied from their service and I prefer to make some more expenses and be 100000% satisfied

The website has a lot of potential to be better, I am thinking about all the help I got from people here. However using website is a nightmare switching languages between English and German. I suggest you concentrate more on clean webshop without having extensive adds.

A plastic panel on my Countryman gave up. Excellent service from HUBAUER who pointed out that the panel I ordered was the wrong one. After the order was corrected, the part was swiftly shipped to my address. Great stuff and great service. I recommend anyone to trust HUBAUER when it comes to spare parts.

Your shop has a bit strange behavior. The transaction shall preferably be executed immediately after I have confirmed my credit card details via an e-signature. As of now, I need to confirm my credit card, and one after that ok the order. That is bad payment design. Apart from that I would like to see premium delivery. It far to long time getting an article to Sweden. Why not use DHL all the way when possible?

Delivery (from Germany to the Netherlands) was fast. The brakes (front rotors) were really wel packaged. When i need bmw parts i will order again. The user interface for paying the parts in the webshop could be improved.

Acceptable prices, easy-to-use website and fast shipment…in case of wrong item put in your basket against your VIN, there is always a sales guy to warn you, which is appreciated.

Laatste keer kon ik mijn VIN nr niet vinden, het schijnt dat het maar tot bj. 2017 gaat. Dus moest ik het via de mail het allemaal weer uitzoeken waar ik overigens zoals altijd weer goed geholpen ben door Stefanie.

ich möchte meinen ausdrücklichen Unmut über die wiederholten Stornierungen meiner bereits bezahlten Bestellungen von Kfz-Ersatzteilen zum Ausdruck bringen. Unser spanisches Unternehmen besitzt ein Fahrzeug, das sich derzeit in einer deutschen Kfz-Werkstatt in Reparatur befindet. Um die Lieferzeiten zu verkürzen, habe ich bewusst einen deutschen Lieferanten gewählt und die Ersatzteile mit Lieferadresse direkt an die Werkstatt in Deutschland bestellt. Trotz erfolgter Bezahlung wurden meine Bestellungen mehrfach storniert und die Beträge zurückerstattet. Als Begründung für die Stornierung wurde angeführt, dass die Lieferadresse nicht Spanien, sondern Deutschland sei. Das bedeutet im Umkehrschluss: Ich hätte das Ersatzteil zunächst nach Spanien liefern lassen sollen, um es anschließend auf eigene Kosten und mit zusätzlichem Aufwand separat an die Werkstatt in Deutschland weiterzuschicken?! Diese Logik ist nicht nur absurd, sondern praxisfremd und geschäftsschädigend. Durch dieses formale und uneinsichtige Vorgehen Ihrerseits ist mir wertvolle Zeit verloren gegangen, verbunden mit erheblichem Aufwand und Stress. Ich erwarte von einem seriösen Lieferanten, dass er die tatsächliche Geschäftssituation seiner Kunden versteht und pragmatische Lösungen anbietet — und nicht stur auf bürokratischen Formalitäten beharrt, die jeder kaufmännischen Vernunft widersprechen.

Always a pleasure to order at Hubauer shop. Very quick delivery of the ordered parts and reasonable transportation cost to the Netherlands. What could be better is less advertisment during the ordering process.
