I recently ordered parts from Hubauer Shop for a regular service on my BMW 320d G21, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The parts are easy to find by BMW part number, and all the parts I ordered were genuine BMW parts. What really stood out was the level of customer service. The staff contacted me several times to ask if I needed any assistance and checked the parts against my VIN to make sure they were suitable for my car. Before the final shipment, they even double-checked all the parts against my VIN once again, just to make sure everything was correct. This gave me a lot of confidence that I was ordering the right parts. The staff are very helpful, responsive, and quick to answer questions. Prices are reasonable as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely order from Hubauer Shop again. The only thing that would make the experience even better would be some additional discount for larger orders. Highly recommended!

One of the best BMW shops I have dealt with. Everything was handled professionally, quickly and efficiently from start to finish. Communication was excellent, the process was smooth, and the service was reliable throughout. I was particularly impressed by the speed, attention to detail and overall level of professionalism. Your website is quite sluggish and needs optimization. Also, when you request customer feedback regarding an existing order, there is no option on the site to submit a comment directly; instead, it has to be done via email, which takes significantly longer. Overall, the order arrived quickly, but it took nearly a week for it to actually be processed and shipped.

I accidentally ordered the wrong battery for my car, but Hubauer Shop noticed the mistake and sent me an email with the correct product instead. Incredibly attentive and professional customer service! The delivery was also very fast and smooth. The only thing keeping this from a full 5-star rating is that I wish they offered Klarna as a payment option. Hopefully, they will add it in the future! Still, I highly recommend them.

The order on the e-shop could only be completed after three days of trying. All attempts stopped at the cart page, and it was not possible to continue to filling in the address, etc. It was also not possible to apply the promo code for subscribing to the newsletter. In the end, out of desperation, logging out of my account and switching the currency from CZK to EUR helped; after that, it was possible to complete the order, but of course with an additional bank fee for converting from CZK to EUR. The virtual assistant on the website did not really help me with this problem, and it was not possible to connect with a live assistant. On the other hand, the shipping and the status of the ordered goods were flawless.

Needed some head bolt washers, had to be from bmw as they are hardened steel and a non standard thickness (3.8mm), placing the order was smooth, dispatch was fast and there were no issues with international shipping. Will undoubtedly use their services again.

Got exactly what I ordered. Delivery took a little longer than advertised (2 weeks) but they were all genuine original bmw parts and the prices were better than the dealership’s, would tecommend

They are very responsive and will do their best to accommodate your requests, about shipping times, etc. I like also that they have almost everything the BMW catalog has to offer with a very good price. Highly recommended.

Great service. I received an email saying that the parts I ordered weren't compatible with my E34 which was registered with them. They were for my E30 that wasn't registered

It did not say with the heat management module that it was delivered including gaskets. So I ordered this extra, it would have been nice if I had received a warning that I did not have to order this and could therefore still cancel. Furthermore, the order went well, and it is just an original BMW product. And so it works well. Only now I have extra gaskets (16€) that I will never use.

A bit chaotic website and some issues with accepting payment at the time of order. But once the system was up and running again, order process went smoothly. Shipping was very fast!
