Fantastic customer service and fast delivery!
I accidentally ordered the wrong battery for my car, but Hubauer Shop noticed the mistake and sent me an email with the correct product instead. Incredibly attentive and professional customer service!
The delivery was also very fast and smooth.
The only thing keeping this from a full 5-star rating is that I wish they offered Klarna as a payment option. Hopefully, they will add it in the future! Still, I highly recommend them.

The order on the e-shop could only be completed after three days of trying. All attempts stopped at the cart page, and it was not possible to continue to filling in the address, etc. It was also not possible to apply the promo code for subscribing to the newsletter. In the end, out of desperation, logging out of my account and switching the currency from CZK to EUR helped; after that, it was possible to complete the order, but of course with an additional bank fee for converting from CZK to EUR. The virtual assistant on the website did not really help me with this problem, and it was not possible to connect with a live assistant. On the other hand, the shipping and the status of the ordered goods were flawless.

I would give 5 stars but after a call with a consultant, my request was to add another item to the order I placed one day before and I received absolutely no answer after - although she said she will notify me about my request. My normal order came without the second item added and without an answer about my request.
