We ordered mats for Passat, they fit perfectly. Additionally, we ordered covers for the driver and passenger seats. Unfortunately, when the seat was covered, there was tight tension in the front area and when you sat down there was a lot of space in the back and you were not sitting in the seat at all. Exchange: You cannot call at all. I think due to the language they do everything by email. However, this worked very quickly. Do not hesitate to report the complaint by email. You then need to enter the complaint and you receive a complaint number. With this case number, you also receive a return label. Since we paid by credit card and for the refund the company wanted an IBAN, there was a small delay, I think it had to do with the translation. In the end, everything went fine, whether with the order, within 1-2 days the goods were there, or with the refund. Everything was super fast. Goods well packed. Proper quality. Very satisfied. Unfortunately, it is very hard to still buy seat covers (also on the internet). Now we will sew some ourselves. :) I can highly recommend this online shop with a clear conscience.

I find that the seat covers are indeed of excellent quality. It took quite a while to install them, especially the rear part where several cuts were required, which were not all marked, such as the seatbelt and the buttons to open and lower the seats. Only the headrests were indicated in the instructions. Otherwise, a good result.

The roof bars seem to be of excellent quality, quite easy to assemble. Perhaps the anti-theft cover could be improved as it does not completely cover the part that needs protection. At the moment, I have only mounted them to check compatibility with my vehicle and to ensure all components are present. I just need to test them on a trip.

Hello, I was very surprised to see fastenings with metal hooks or laces for hanging car covers because this hasn't been done for a very long time, and the Velcro system is much more efficient and practical. Why is that? Because a cover is like a garment that needs to be cleaned to protect the upholstery of your car, whereas this hooked system is not very practical and takes a lot of time and dexterity to adjust all the covers of your car. Moreover, these covers are not very thick and are priced at 60 € in the automobile store.

For this price, somewhat okay because they don’t smell, but for the Mercedes W205 estate, the original driver’s mat is equally long at the footrest and under the pedals, while this one is shorter, which will cause dirt to spill not on the mat but in front of it. The same with the front passenger mat - the original was much longer, and this one is shorter, so when stretching the legs, the mud will remain on the velour mat, not the rubber one. Additionally, the rear mats have too short cutouts for the seat rails on the side of the central tunnel. I was going to order another set for a Ford Fiesta, but now I’m wondering if I should get other cheaper ones because they were better fitted and at a lower price. The moral of the story is that more expensive doesn’t mean better. I ordered mats from the competition for a Golf 5 - they were great, and here almost 200zl... well, a lesson and an opinion for others. Regards

Everything is fine, the mats are just right from harder material and you can even drive in high heels. Fit my puma and most importantly, they don't smell. Recommended.

No instructions. Only in the beams a sheet with information on how to cut the seals. The plastic covers do not fit snugly, they move loosely. You need to tape them with electrical tape, and it helps. Much faster than I expected, I received the custom-made set of covers for the 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross. The material and workmanship are excellent. The color scheme is nicer than in the pictures because it is more subdued, truly beige. I've just fitted one seat and the cover fits perfectly. The rest has to wait because there's a big frost, but installing one seat was very easy. I spent a long time choosing a company offering covers and I chose your company, and it was a perfect choice. The mats are very well sewn, the material is of good quality. Unfortunately, when ordering the color gray, I relied on the picture and the shade is almost black. The color is slightly lighter than the edging.

Good quality covers, but you need to put in some effort to install them. I had to remove the back seat to put them on. However, after installation, they are fine.
