Slow shipping

We order 2 weeks ago and we still don't have the parts in it's taking to long for the shipping even do we order express shipping.

We do not offer express delivery. In addition, experience has shown that delivery abroad - in this case from Germany to Chile. Can take a little longer. We therefore ask for your patience and understanding, DHL has been contacted.

Never received the part ordered, it's been more than a week. (it is in Ireland according to DHL and I live in France....).

Received the wrong products and let me pay a large amount for the return costs. Even I searched for the right products by myself and placed a new order with again shippingcosts should not be how to treat your customer.

The items you ordered are intended for retrofitting - as can be seen from the item description (M Performance). If you are unsure about the correct parts, we expressly recommend that you contact a BMW specialist workshop before ordering in order to avoid ordering the wrong parts. Please understand that the shop cannot cover the return costs or the shipping of new items if parts are ordered incorrectly by mistake.
