Utilisé pour la première fois lors du Hard Défi Tour. Exceptionnel. L 'application est très facile d'utilisation et précise. Seul problème, j'ai acheté un abonnement d'un an sur Google Play à 25.00 € qui ne m'a pas permis d'accéder aux fonctionnalités de DMD2. J'ai dû acheter l'application à 274.00 € pour avoir DMD2. Et je n'ai pas été rembourser des 25.00 € malgré plusieurs mails. Je considère que c'est du vol.

Bonjour, je suis désolé, mais dans l'état actuel des choses, je suis incapable de me servir du matériel Thork. J'ai bien été livré, tout c'est bien passé à ce niveau là, mais par contre, j'ai eu la désagréable surprise qu'aucune carte n'est chargé dans l'appareil alors qu'il est vendu avec l'ensemble des cartes "reste du monde", il faut être ingénieur en informatique pour arriver à le faire fonctionner, je ne le suis pas, je n'ai trouvé aucune formation cohérante en français pour m'en sortir, la seule que j'ai trouvé, c'est celle que propose Yann Duprey (NAV'DMD2) mais c'est à 500 km de chez moi et cela coute 150 €. Trouvez-vous normal d'être obligé d'en passer par là pour du matériel vendu "grand public" La tablette Thork est donc installé sur ma moto et ne fonctionne pas, je suis très en colère vu le prix du matériel et le service rendu. I still haven't received my Nor7e navigation device. When I placed the order, I didn't notice that it was only available on backorder. When I contacted Thork to ask for a tracking number, I was told that the Nor7e was not yet in stock but that a new shipment was expected soon. Unfortunately, that shipment never arrived, and I am still waiting. After following up again, I was informed that the delivery had been delayed even further, although I was not given any clear indication of how long the delay would be. The payment was taken from my account a long time ago, which I believe is poor customer service when the product has not even been shipped. I am about to leave on a long trip and had been hoping to bring my Nor7e with me. Instead, I now have to find a temporary alternative until my order finally arrives.

Suggestions to mounts etc. that would be relevant to you r specific purchase (maybe it already exists and I didn't catch it?). I was glad I remembered (at the very end) to order a mount for my device, and even paniced and had to write to you guys. Quick response, thanks for that.

Very satisfied with the experience. I have made a purchase and several inquiries, and the customer service has been excellent at all times: clear and very friendly responses. The delivery of my recent order was completed exactly as agreed. Communication was clear, and the product arrived on time. I am satisfied with this order. My earlier order involving the ODM1 was less positive. The connection in combination with the T‑665 is unstable, which affects consistent operation. I hope this can be improved in future versions. The POSI Lock and TAP look very promising. I haven’t used them yet, but they appear to be a genuinely ingenious solution.

The products are of high quality and feel reliable. However, emails with specific questions, such as requests to combine orders, receive no response. This is unfortunate if you happen to forget to order something. Considering the price of the products, a timely and courteous reply would be appreciated.

HE COMPRADO LA TABLET DMD NOR7E + MANDO REMOTO DMD 2 (CONTROLADOR + OBD 2/ TPMS + KIT SENSORES TPMS DMD y no he sido capaz que el OBD 2 funcione correctamente, se desconecta de la tablet, lo tienes que resetear y funciona un tiempo, además que pasadas horas la luz nunca se apaga generando descarga de la batería, les he escrtio y ni han contestado, con el kit de sensores, no consigo que funcione uno de los dos. Una gran pena, porque estaba muy ilusionado y me el coste es alto, pero la respusta postventa, vergonzosa. I bought the DMD NOR7E tablet + DMD 2 remote control (controller + OBD 2/TPMS + DMD TPMS sensor kit) and I haven't been able to get the OBD 2 to work correctly. It disconnects from the tablet, I have to reset it, and it works for a while. Also, after a few hours, the light never turns off, draining the battery. I've written to them and they haven't even replied. With the sensor kit, I can't get either of the two sensors to work. It's a real shame, because I was very excited about it and it was expensive, but the after-sales service is appalling. Comprei o tablet DMD NOR7E + comando DMD 2 (controlador + OBD 2/TPMS + kit de sensores TPMS DMD) e não consegui que o OBD 2 funcionasse correctamente. Desliga do tablet, preciso de o reiniciar e funciona por um tempo. Além disso, ao fim de algumas horas, a luz não se apaga, descarregando a bateria. Já contactei a empresa e nem sequer responderam. Com o kit de sensores, não consigo fazer funcionar nenhum dos dois sensores. É pena, porque estava muito entusiasmado com o produto e era caro, mas o serviço pós-venda é péssimo.

Enfin de vrai produit de qualité la power box est vraiment ce qu’il me fallait seul défaut constaté on ne peut pas modifier les noms des sorties sur la tablette pour les affiliés à une action ou un appareil

Ως πρώτο σχόλιο και, μη γνωρίζοντας ακόμη καλά τον χειρισμό της εφαρμογής DMD2, θα ήθελα να περιλαμβάνονταν στην αναζήτηση προορισμού η δυνατότητα αναγραφής του τόπου ή, ακόμη, και της διεύθυνσης του επιθυμητού σημείου άφιξης.

Great products and an outstanding customer support, either replying to simple connection issues to full on software development updates..I honestly couldn't fault these guys at all.

buying through the website was a good experiance, I got exactly what I have ordered. the shipping was a bit disappointing as there was no other choice for the shipping and DHL are one, very expensive and two, charging all kind of charges and fees that are made up in Israel and there is no way to argue with them (other shipping companies dont).
