Consegna entro i termini previsti. Prodotto, si costoso, ma credo che li vale tutti. Devo ancora finire di capire/studiare il software, cofigurazioni e sopratutto DMD. Avendo provato e usato altri dispositivi ( solo Android auto da 7 pollici ), avevo il timore della leggibilità sotto il sole ( avendo provato anche tablet rugged ). Invece è ottima. E cercavo qualcosa di più grande. Poi cercavo la flessibilità di un prodotto con sistema operativo aperto. È Android con il suo store, posso installare tutto! Cosa migliorare? Niente. Però un suggerimento, che magari, sopratutto per i BMW, potrebbe essere comodo che dietro alla staffa road, ci sia un aggangio/adattatore che si agganci al supporto/creadle tipo BMW. Non tanto per alimentare il tablet ( che comunque sarebbe utile sfruttare già alimentazione presente, senza dover far passare altri cavi ) ma per uno sgancio rapido se in futuro, si vuole tornare indietro x vari motivi.

Been using DMD for more than 3 years now. I finally did break my original T665 phone holder on a given Monday. Placed an order the same day for the updated rugged one, with the request to send it asap to Belgium, since I was leaving within a couple of days on a 5 day motorcycle trip to Wales. Luckily for me I did receive the parcel 3 days later :-) That's quick. Both the phone and the new DMD next performed flawless, trip was created via the hub planner. It's just the best system one can buy nowadays...

V prvom rade by som rád podotkol, že presne viem, ako pôsobí zlá recenzia. Prosím moje hodnotenie berte, ako upozornenie na kontrolu maličkostí vo vašich produktoch. Vašu značku mám veľmi v obľube, predávam motocykle a vás veľmi často promujem pred svojimi zákazníkmi, ako najlepšiu voľbu NAVI pre motocykle. Objednal som si NOR7E vrátane ovládača na riadidlá, krátkeho držiaku 12 mm a výstuhy hrazdy pre TENERE 700 MY 2025. Všetko prišlo veľmi rýchlo čomu som sa potešil. No sklamanie prišlo pri montáži... Všetko som namontoval tak, ako bolo treba, no pri zakladaní NOR7E do držiaka, ktorý bol obsahom balenia NOR7E a následnom uzamykaní sa mi podarilo bez použitia akejkoľvek sily zlomiť kľúče priamo v zámku tohto držiaka. Pri prvom kľúči som zhodnotil, že išlo o chybu materiálu z ktorého bol kľúč vyrobený, no keď sa mi zalomil aj druhý kľúč bez akéhokoľvek väčšieho tlaku bol som z toho frustrovaný. Na koniec som zistil že daný držiak NOR7E je celý krivý a jazýček zámku nezapadá tam, kde má. celá výklopná časť obsahujúca zámok na uzamknutie NOR7E bola mimo os a posunutá.... Reklamovať som to nereklamoval...Zachránil ma kamarát, ktorý mi daroval náhradné kľúče a po vyrovnaní a dopasovaní daného držiaka všetko funguje ako má. Do výroby odkazujem nech si dávajú pozor na presnú výrobu tohto držiaka a hlavne nech si na každý vyskúšajú uzamknúť NOR7E, aby sa do budúcnosti vyhli zbytočným reklamáciám. Fandím vám. Mrzí ma len to, že som kamaráta pripravil o 2ks kľúčov na daný zámok.

Utilisé pour la première fois lors du Hard Défi Tour. Exceptionnel. L 'application est très facile d'utilisation et précise. Seul problème, j'ai acheté un abonnement d'un an sur Google Play à 25.00 € qui ne m'a pas permis d'accéder aux fonctionnalités de DMD2. J'ai dû acheter l'application à 274.00 € pour avoir DMD2. Et je n'ai pas été rembourser des 25.00 € malgré plusieurs mails. Je considère que c'est du vol.

Coming from Apple and not being familiar with Android I was missing clear cut set up instruction viz video. Especially setting ip the 4 coloured buttons, which one of thevtwo rout planner one should use . Same applies to remote 3 controller. The one line written instructions are of limited help. Bonjour, je suis désolé, mais dans l'état actuel des choses, je suis incapable de me servir du matériel Thork. J'ai bien été livré, tout c'est bien passé à ce niveau là, mais par contre, j'ai eu la désagréable surprise qu'aucune carte n'est chargé dans l'appareil alors qu'il est vendu avec l'ensemble des cartes "reste du monde", il faut être ingénieur en informatique pour arriver à le faire fonctionner, je ne le suis pas, je n'ai trouvé aucune formation cohérante en français pour m'en sortir, la seule que j'ai trouvé, c'est celle que propose Yann Duprey (NAV'DMD2) mais c'est à 500 km de chez moi et cela coute 150 €. Trouvez-vous normal d'être obligé d'en passer par là pour du matériel vendu "grand public" La tablette Thork est donc installé sur ma moto et ne fonctionne pas, je suis très en colère vu le prix du matériel et le service rendu. I still haven't received my Nor7e navigation device. When I placed the order, I didn't notice that it was only available on backorder. When I contacted Thork to ask for a tracking number, I was told that the Nor7e was not yet in stock but that a new shipment was expected soon. Unfortunately, that shipment never arrived, and I am still waiting. After following up again, I was informed that the delivery had been delayed even further, although I was not given any clear indication of how long the delay would be. The payment was taken from my account a long time ago, which I believe is poor customer service when the product has not even been shipped. I am about to leave on a long trip and had been hoping to bring my Nor7e with me. Instead, I now have to find a temporary alternative until my order finally arrives.

Suggestions to mounts etc. that would be relevant to you r specific purchase (maybe it already exists and I didn't catch it?). I was glad I remembered (at the very end) to order a mount for my device, and even paniced and had to write to you guys. Quick response, thanks for that.

Shipping cost are high, especially for small items which could be sent in an envelope. I ordered the screw-on plastic plug for the T865 power supply port and paid 16,- EUR for shipping. Other than that perfect.

Very satisfied with the experience. I have made a purchase and several inquiries, and the customer service has been excellent at all times: clear and very friendly responses. My only hickup is the lack of installation manual for the remote 2. For the part how you set it in pairmode otherwise al thumbs up

The delivery of my recent order was completed exactly as agreed. Communication was clear, and the product arrived on time. I am satisfied with this order. My earlier order involving the ODM1 was less positive. The connection in combination with the T‑665 is unstable, which affects consistent operation. I hope this can be improved in future versions. The POSI Lock and TAP look very promising. I haven’t used them yet, but they appear to be a genuinely ingenious solution.

Ordering went smoothly. I would have like to see more pictures of the product and also pictures of how the product could be used to mount a navigation device to the bike.
