Experience With Recent and Previous Order(OBDM1)

My earlier order involving the ODM1 was less positive. The connection in combination with the T‑665 is unstable, which affects consistent operation. I hope this can be improved in future versions.

Ως πρώτο σχόλιο και, μη γνωρίζοντας ακόμη καλά τον χειρισμό της εφαρμογής DMD2, θα ήθελα να περιλαμβάνονταν στην αναζήτηση προορισμού η δυνατότητα αναγραφής του τόπου ή, ακόμη, και της διεύθυνσης του επιθυμητού σημείου άφιξης.

the shipping was a bit disappointing as there was no other choice for the shipping and DHL are one, very expensive and two, charging all kind of charges and fees that are made up in Israel and there is no way to argue with them (other shipping companies dont).
So far so good! Truly appreciate the human interaction and help getting my order together. Have not used your products yet, but looking forward to getting garmin out of my life :)

All ok, the tablet is wonderful. The only drawback is the shipping cost, which I think are too high, especially for a €1.000 purchase. In my opinion for such an expense, the shipment would have been free
I needed support to sync my Google account, and got all the help i needed but not from Google but from DMD2 support.
My Google account is a workspace account and this year Google has stoped using only password to log in. So i could not use that account. Maybe DMD2 could get the function to ”log in with Google” in the future then i can use that account. But i just created a new private Google account and then i could sync.

It is a Pain to set up. So much back and forth with permissions and updates. Had it for weeks but it require way too much work. I’m sure it is fantastic when everything is working. But so far I’d probably trade it in for something more plug and play. I want to ride, not minor in computer science

Despite a small difficulty placing the order due to some issues with the web pages, the selection was quick, and the express shipping option allowed me to attend an event in Sardinia, thanks to the fact that I already had everything within a day. The manuals online are clear, and the fact that the 12V DC device works without an external DC/DC adapter is a great convenience.
