Had an issue with an old device not working with the latest update. Contacted tech support and they were awesome! So much so, they modified the last update to include a "patch" for older devices and Google play store errors with the software!!!
First-rate company, and their gps map app is fantastic with all the right extra bits, including BT obdii support!
Doubt I'll ever need to try another mapping program for my travels!

I recently wrote regarding the Thork DMD 12mm AMPS Bracket SE I purchased, informing that one of the 4 bolts quickly broke in half during installation and further, that the provided holes/slots for the AMPS fitting were extremely small and had to be drilled to allow for the bolt size needed to accommodate the Carpe Iter cradle. I have received no reply or response whatsoever, not great customer service for someone who has spent extensively on your products.

Ho acquistato un T665 e ne sono entusiasta. L'assistenza è il massimo !!! Due volte ho scritto loro su Instagram e in entrambi i casi, hanno risposto quasi in diretta. Il T665 funziona perfettamente sia con il software proprietario DMD2 che con quello che uso abitualmente GoogleMaps. Altro particolare non da poco: l'ho ordinato giovedì mattina e mi è arrivato venerdì mattina.

Liked the communication, and the delivery. Transparent, not just sitting silently with your money. Ordered Crosspro crashbars and engine guard for the Tuareg. They notified that there could be a delay, so if I want I can cancel my order.
After I got the notification that my order was sent, with the tracking number.

I purchased a T865X. I asked many questions before the purchase, all were answered within reasonable time. The package was delivered on schedule.
The device works well albeit i have not yet had the chance to use it as a navigation tool.
