For this last year, I have been shopping some original (OEN) BMW parts from Hubauer and honestly, my orders usually arrive and get delivered soon to Spain from Germany (about 3-5 days). Customer service is great and answers rapidly to the emails and questions regarding your order and other details. So, Hubauer is 100% recommended for original BMW parts. The handling of my order by the team was neutral/average for an eshop, in today's competitive environment. I liked the fact that the support team identified a mistake in one ordered part and suggested the correct one for my vehicle. What i did not like at all was the fact that i had 21 items and i was only allowed to order 19. I intentionally left out 2 small parts weighting 100-150 grams maximum . The total order was almost 700 euros and the remaining parts abt 15 euros. Having contacted the support team 2-3 times the answer was negative. "Please put a new order" (which would cost me 17 euros to post). The excuse was that the extra items could damage the rest items ( i am wondering if the member of the team who replied had looked at the size of the extra items) Finally when i asked the team to consider sending the items with normal post i got a very neutral reply , that the initial order is posted and nothing can be done. I do think there is much more room for improvement on the team's handling procedures . Flexibility is important in today's business.

Two attempts

First attempt to order vehicle part was unsuccessful, dont know why but when I contacted support, they told me that I entered invalid address which was false, they told me tha package has returned and order was cancelled and money refunded but not all, they charged me return fees. Later I found out that the package was not even passed to deliverer or picked up by him but I dont care what was the cause, it was not on my side. Second attempt was sucessful as expected.

You must always doble check the shipping address you give us because this can not be changed once the parts are in transit. Damaged parts arrived, No resolution offered

I purchased some genuine BMW parts from Germany to save some money, However it has ended up far more expensive than buying from uk The parts I received were damaged in transit, I didn’t want to return the items and have another set sent because of the import duties I have to pay each time. It would have been far cheaper to have the parts repainted in the uk. All attempts to resolve the issue were shut down rather rudely and was only offered €60 to compensate me. The cost to repaint was €200 And the import duties was €220 This is the reason I wanted to repaint rather than have a new set sent The whole exercise has cost me more than it would have done purchasing from uk And a lot more stress and time wasted

Péssimo serviço pós-venda, não recomendo. Enviaram 2x mal o kit que comprei, não se querem responsabilizar sendo que não é um erro de identificação das peças, expusemos a situação por e-mail várias vezes com fotografias a anexar e a solução foi deixar de responder e encerrar a reclamação. Não querem entender o problema respondendo coisas aleatórias. Pouco profissionais. ( nas fotos podemos ver, a primeira foi a peça que não pertence ao kit que comprei que é o do print na ultima foto. referencia na segunda fotografia que não consta no kit que comprei. )

Wrong item sent. Had to argue to get a refund

Awful customer service, awful communication. Pathetic experiance overall. Hubauer sent me the wrong item. I immediatly reached out to return the item. They tried to charge me a return fee despite the mistake being theres. Prior to purchasing they ignored multiple emails from me requesting information about other products and pricing on items. The pricing questions were due to the price being listed as "contact for price", I never received a price for any of the items.

SAV Honteux, suite à la commande d’une pièce qui ne s’adapte pas malgré le renseignement du vin, le sav m’informe que c’est une erreur de leur part. Il me propose de renvoyer la pièce, une fois réception faite de leur service, il m’informe qu’il n’y aura pas de remboursement car les frais de transport sont plus élevés que le prix de l’article soit 25€ (sachant que j’aurais pu modifier la pièce pour l’adapter) Très déçu, première et dernière commande

Nous regrettons votre insatisfaction concernant votre réclamation. Il serait en effet recommandable de mentionner le VIN dans votre prochaine commande afin d´éviter le genre de situation actuelle. Quant aux frais concernant le bon de retour une information vous a bien été adressée, soit 22,99€ actuellement pour tout retour en Europe selon les clauses du contrat. L´article réclamé, d´un montant de 22,04€, nous avons adapté les 22,99€ et vous avons facturé 22,04€, soit 0,95€ en votre faveur.
