Fast delivery and response time. Only minus is that I didn't receive the tracking link for my order automatically though I apparently should have.

I bought a DeWalt DCS356 multitool that was in promotion with a free 4 Ah battery included. I ordered the tool, wait more than 3 weeks for the delivery, and then I received only the tool. The free battery was not sent. I asked the customer support, and they told me that the promotion was not valid for Portugal, even though no information about exceptions were available in the website. I asked for a refund after sending the tool back, but they do not pay the shipping costs for returns. Worst experience ever.
