Shipping and returns are very good and, above all, fast.
The size information for pants could be improved. example the mcdu and the utp. both ordered in xxxl. One fits perfectly, the other has 5 cm between my stomach and the waistband.
I had the same problem with other orders. Even two pairs of pants of the same type were significantly different in the same size.
it would be easier for everyone involved if it were possible to order on account/or with a reservation on the credit card account. this would allow a one-off order to choose from and avoid staggered orders/returns.
but to summarize: you are good :-)
Disappointing that import taxes are not dealt with at source, which is not clear when purchasing, and then has to be paid direct to the carrier (UPS). I won't order direct again unless this situation changes.

Thank you for the summer sale which allowed me to order their amazing trousers and the perfect Covert Jacket.
Shipping cost exploded unfortunately, my last order was ~75$, now it is ~96 $ , that’s a huge chunk of the bill.
yes, I understand that everything got more expensive but if I order a trouser for 50 $ the balance is off.
So with shipping and tax, that’s more than half of the cost for me now.

Great shop with great products and fast service (shipping and returns)
Helikon Tex has great products and I was amazed by their very fast service of shipping and returns. I bought some jackets and shirts, most of wich I kept, and some trousers wich I had to return because their models were too loose for the look I was aiming for. I returned those and in little time I had my refund, hassle free. I value this point, so for that this store gets the highest rating possible.
I find it via FB add and since I know the brand well and my local webshop didn't have things on stock I ordered. Shipping was lightning fast and for a fair price. Thumbs up.

I really appreciated the packaging used to send my items, because in case of return, it has a double closure and inside there is the adhesive label for any return shipment.
