1) Natalia Dura - a very competent and responsive employee;
2) I have been buying and wearing Helikon products for many years, now I started buying online through the site, at first I was worried, I thought it would either take a long time, or it might get lost, or something else would happen, but everything turned out fine, I already stuffed things for 3k in half a year ;
3) Helikon released a new hardshell jacket with a membrane, of course I ordered it, but I got a factory defect to my great regret. I thought that the situation would either drag on for a very long time or not be resolved at all, but Helikon made me very happy that they solved my situation very quickly (3 days), went to meet me and returned the cost of the jacket, real professionals, including including Natalia!
Summing up - I wore Helikon, I wear it and I will wear it!
Very good quality, fast shipping, and good price.
only negative point, unfortunately they use EU sizes on the website for US Style uniforms so when buying and you are used to US style BDUs/ACUs sizes, buy one size up.
My RAID Shirt from Propper is XL so i ordered the RAID Shirt in XL from Helikon aswell. Only to find out that its actually a L in size for US sizes.

High quality gear in a wide variety of camps for a great price!
I love that you have hard to find tactical items (in Rhodesian Brushstroke even!) and that your clothing and gear are all very well thought out and extremely durable.
As for doing better, more items in Rhodesian Brushstroke! A short sleeve uniform top in that pattern would be nice 😀

Sophisticated outdoor gear
I recently ordered two shipments. MCDU pants and several shirts. Ecpecially the pants are well designed with 4 different types of fabric, and although durabe material, thanks to ventilating pokets and zippers not too hot in this now warm season (up to 35°C)
