I bought a DUO SET and the handler of the small suitcase stopped working when I was about to board. I tried everything possible and I couldn’t put the handler down. Then, the airline made me to pay to check in the suitcase because, according to them, I could not store the suitcase in the cabin like that. Not only that, but unfortunately, before all that happened, I decided to buy another medium sized suitcase to have the whole set. Guess what? The parcel wasn’t delivered in time as promised. I had 7 days before my trip when I decided to buy the suitcase, and I only did it because the customer center guaranteed it would take 2 or 3 days for the order to be delivered. Well, here I am, 5 days later, in a foreign country, and I don’t have it. I have a flight back home tomorrow (which is a Sunday) and not only I don’t have the medium suitcase to pack my things but I’m stuck with a broken small suitcase which I cannot use. On top of that, the help center doesn’t know where the parcel is (I was trying to find the location so I could pick up myself) and they say they can do nothing. I understand that problems with delivery happen, however I asked them earlier in the week, when we still had time, if they could send me another suitcase and we would make sure the original one would be returned in case it arrives. SUITSUIT said: no. Well, I guess the price SUITS them, but the service doesn’t SUIT anyone. I’ll never buy from this brand again.
