Die Lieferzeit war okay, die Koffer waren sicher verpackt. Der große Koffer hat ein paar kleine Kratzer, aber es ist ein Gebrauchsgegenstand, nach dem ersten Flug wären die ohnehin entstanden. Die Koffer sind von ausreichender Qualität, klar sind sie nicht so stabil wie die alten Samsonites, aber gute Rollen, guter Griff und die Optik ist toll, das war mir sehr wichtig. Sie sehen wertig aus und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich habe sehr lange nach einem Kofferset gesucht und bin mit diesem echt glücklich. Das Design und die Farbe sind toll. Wie lange sie halten muss die Zeit und die nächsten Reisen zeigen

I placed an order with Suitsuit for a luggage set as a birthday gift. There was an issue with one of the cases, which was frustrating. Anyway, I took this up with the customer service department. When I finally got someone on the phone, he was very professional (and patient), and made sure that I would receive the new luggage set in time for my daughter-in-law's birthday and the trip she was taking that week. I was really impressed with how the problem was handled, and it has convinced me to order a new set with Suitsuit for myself in the near future

I order a luggage that got lost during the shipping process so I had to order a new one to make sure I will have it on time for my next travel. This is entirely DHL fault and the SuitSuit Customer care was very responsive and helpful. So I got my beautiful luggage on time and I am fully satisfied. Thank you :)

Ik heb bij SUITSUIT een koffer en een weekendtas besteld, mede vanwege de belofte op de website dat bestellingen die vóór 23:00 uur worden geplaatst dezelfde dag nog worden verzonden en de volgende werkdag geleverd zouden worden. Ik heb daarom op woensdagavond besteld, in de verwachting dat ik mijn bestelling donderdag in huis zou hebben. Helaas bleek dit niet het geval. De koffer werd pas op vrijdag geleverd en over de weekendtas hoorde ik vervolgens helemaal niets meer. Omdat ik op zondag zou vliegen, heb ik meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de klantenservice om een update te krijgen. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een bericht dat ze begrepen dat ik de tas graag vóór mijn reis wilde ontvangen en dat iemand er zo snel mogelijk naar zou kijken. Daarna heb ik echter nooit meer iets vernomen. Ondanks meerdere berichten en verzoeken om een update bleef iedere reactie uit. Pas op maandag, toen ik inmiddels al op vakantie was, ontving ik een bericht dat mijn weekendtas was afgeleverd bij een pakketpunt. Daardoor kon ik de tas niet meer meenemen op reis, waarvoor ik hem juist had besteld. Dat de levering vertraging opliep is al teleurstellend, maar wat ik nog veel frustrerender vind, is het volledig uitblijven van communicatie vanuit de klantenservice. Op geen van mijn vervolgberichten heb ik antwoord gekregen. Zelfs vandaag, dinsdag, wacht ik nog steeds op een reactie. Al met al een zeer teleurstellende ervaring, vooral door de combinatie van niet nagekomen leveringsbeloftes en een klantenservice die vervolgens niet meer reageert.

I loved the ethos behind this brand. The suitcases are stylish and classy and the price range is in line with the quality. I was very impressed with the ordering process and delivery was swift. Placed the order 6 days ago. Had an email to tell me my order had been delivered. It hadn’t even left the Netherlands and had been delivered back to the depot. I’m in UK. When I emailed customer services I was told by Sophie to check with my neighbours and the surrounding area first. I had already send Sophie a clear image of the information showing the item was still in the Netherlands, so she clearly didn’t read my email. She then said I had to complete a form to move on with the order and for it to be looked into. The customer shouldn’t be filling out forms. The company needs to take this up with the handler, fill out any forms they need to and provide the customer with the goods. Shocking customer service so far. Someone is supposed to be getting in touch with me on Monday, but I don’t hold out much hope.
