Ik heb bij SUITSUIT een koffer en een weekendtas besteld, mede vanwege de belofte op de website dat bestellingen die vóór 23:00 uur worden geplaatst dezelfde dag nog worden verzonden en de volgende werkdag geleverd zouden worden. Ik heb daarom op woensdagavond besteld, in de verwachting dat ik mijn bestelling donderdag in huis zou hebben. Helaas bleek dit niet het geval. De koffer werd pas op vrijdag geleverd en over de weekendtas hoorde ik vervolgens helemaal niets meer. Omdat ik op zondag zou vliegen, heb ik meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de klantenservice om een update te krijgen. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een bericht dat ze begrepen dat ik de tas graag vóór mijn reis wilde ontvangen en dat iemand er zo snel mogelijk naar zou kijken. Daarna heb ik echter nooit meer iets vernomen. Ondanks meerdere berichten en verzoeken om een update bleef iedere reactie uit. Pas op maandag, toen ik inmiddels al op vakantie was, ontving ik een bericht dat mijn weekendtas was afgeleverd bij een pakketpunt. Daardoor kon ik de tas niet meer meenemen op reis, waarvoor ik hem juist had besteld. Dat de levering vertraging opliep is al teleurstellend, maar wat ik nog veel frustrerender vind, is het volledig uitblijven van communicatie vanuit de klantenservice. Op geen van mijn vervolgberichten heb ik antwoord gekregen. Zelfs vandaag, dinsdag, wacht ik nog steeds op een reactie. Al met al een zeer teleurstellende ervaring, vooral door de combinatie van niet nagekomen leveringsbeloftes en een klantenservice die vervolgens niet meer reageert.

Moja nová cestovná taška od SUITSUIT je jednoducho nádherná. Dokonale ladí s kuframi rovnakej značky, ktoré už vlastním, takže môj cestovný set pôsobí naozaj štýlovo a jednotne. Taška je nielen krásna, ale aj mimoriadne praktická. Kvalitné spracovanie a luxusné detaily ju robia skutočne výnimočným kúskom. Som maximálne spokojná a značku SUITSUIT úprimne odporúčam všetkým, ktorí hľadajú spojenie elegancie, funkčnosti a luxusu.

J’aime beaucoup la qualité et l’esthetique des produits. La livraison est rapide et sécurisée ; le colis est toujours emballé avec soin.

Still cute, but I got this suitcase many years ago (it had 2 wheels rather than 4 at the time) and the old one felt a lot more premium. Eg it had a padded soft handle both for carrying and wheeling it. Still looks super cute though and lots of useful pockets inside the suitcase.

Jai un peu peur par rapport à la qualité c’est en plastique et n’a pas l’air très solide. A voir à l’avenir :) en tout cas elles sont très jolies

De superbes Bonne qualité, la couleurs incroyable pareil que sur la photo je compte prendre la grande valise de la même couleur, actuellement j’ai la moyenne et le sac de Cabine en plus de ça , il nous offre des cadeaux quand on achète

Very disappointing customer experience. I ordered a suitcase as a gift and received a message on Monday saying that the parcel was already on the way. However, after contacting DPD directly, they informed me that they had never physically received the package from the sender. For several days I kept contacting customer support and only received the same generic responses saying that someone was “investigating” the situation. Even after writing multiple times, nobody was able to tell me where my order actually was or when it would be shipped. Because of this delay, the suitcase did not arrive in time for the celebration where it was supposed to be given as a gift. At this point, it honestly feels like the suitcase is “somewhere in the universe”. I previously ordered two suitcases from this company without any issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Very poor communication and extremely frustrating handling of a paid order.
