My first suitsuit suitcase lasted a good ten years and I was used to using it more than once a month. I've just received this new one and it's super pretty I'm so excited to use it! Thanks for the great suitcases!

I bought a DUO SET and the handler of the small suitcase stopped working when I was about to board. I tried everything possible and I couldn’t put the handler down. Then, the airline made me to pay to check in the suitcase because, according to them, I could not store the suitcase in the cabin like that. Not only that, but unfortunately, before all that happened, I decided to buy another medium sized suitcase to have the whole set. Guess what? The parcel wasn’t delivered in time as promised. I had 7 days before my trip when I decided to buy the suitcase, and I only did it because the customer center guaranteed it would take 2 or 3 days for the order to be delivered. Well, here I am, 5 days later, in a foreign country, and I don’t have it. I have a flight back home tomorrow (which is a Sunday) and not only I don’t have the medium suitcase to pack my things but I’m stuck with a broken small suitcase which I cannot use. On top of that, the help center doesn’t know where the parcel is (I was trying to find the location so I could pick up myself) and they say they can do nothing. I understand that problems with delivery happen, however I asked them earlier in the week, when we still had time, if they could send me another suitcase and we would make sure the original one would be returned in case it arrives. SUITSUIT said: no. Well, I guess the price SUITS them, but the service doesn’t SUIT anyone. I’ll never buy from this brand again.

Beautiful products, worse delivery; is handled by DHL. They claim to attempt home delivery but don't (I was home) and send me the message with a pickup point 40km away.

Broken handler and a missing parcel!

Thank you for your review. We are deeply sorry about the situation with the delayed parcel and the blocked handle of your suitcase. Luckily, we already called you and we found a solution together. Regarding the delayed parcel, unfortunately we could not send it again because it was still 'en route'. We however solved the issue and refunded you, as requested. Moreover, for the blocked handle of the small suitcase, we have agreed regarding the refund of the boarding fee you paid and since the suitcase is broken and we unfortunately do not ship to the USA, we agreed together to proceed with the refund. La livraison chaotique!!

Le livreur était désagréable. Il ne voulait pas rentrer au lotissement pour me livrer .. il a commencé à me parler de lui.. Il se vantait que c’est un génie et qu’il est hors norme et qu’il gagnait plus de 15000€.. Il faut rapidement travailler avec un autre livreur car celui là il fait vraiment peur ..

Die Maße vom Koffer haben überhaupt nicht gestimmt. 10cm je Maß waren es weniger. Sehr ärgerlich, da ich den Koffer echt gebraucht hätte!
