Meine Grillpfanne ist fantastisch! Ich habe ein Induktionsherd. Weil Ihre Pfanne besser verteilt die Hitze kann ich Zeit und Geld sparen. Ich muss nicht mit 6 heizen. 5 reicht's. Ich muss nicht so lang braten oder grillen. Das Unterschied mit Gemüse und Fleisch kann man sehen. Es ist genau wie in Ihre Werbung. Wenn ich eine neue Pfanne brauchen, werde ich von HexClad kaufen. Ich habe in Kochsendungen seit Jahren die bewundert ohne die Name zu kennen. Meine Freunde in Amerika haben die auch.

HexClad Eu need to improve their delivery service
HexClad Eu need to tighten up who they use as couriers for their customers. My experience was not great. Firstly, my actual name was not included on the postage label on the boxes. Secondly, my order came on two different days, one part on Friday, the other on Monday. For such a high profile company selling top quality and expensive cookware, this was simply not good enough for me. Communication with the delivery company could have been a lot better than multiple meaningless text messages and my order should have been prepared and de,ivered on the same day.

The rectangular egg pan
I bought the rectangular egg pan. It performs very well and is a good size. I am not giving it 5 stars because, after researching Hexclad, I discovered that the surface of their pans have forever chemicals and is basically made of Teflon with a honeycomb armour. As a result, I don’t understand the ads about Hexclad pans being ‘for life’ and perfect for searing. Searing requires high temperatures while Teflon should not be subjected to high temperatures or it will degrade over time even without scratching. Conclusion, I am happy I only got the egg pan. Eggs don’t require high temperatures and my pan will just be for occasional use. Not surprisingly, I will not extend my collection of Hexclad pans and stick to Le Creuset, Greenpan, Lodge and stainless steel for other uses.

Dadurch das die Pfanne flach ist , glaube ich das sich die Hitze gleichmäßiger verteilt. Auch braucht man nicht so viel Hitze. Leicht zu reinigen, nichts klebt an der Pfanne beim Braten und es wird trotzdem schön braun. Super Produkt.

I ordered knife I am actually collecting good knifes because it matters when cutting something that the knife is good and I am very happy with my order beautiful sharp and exelant knife with green handle from wood and I love beautiful and quality wood and sharp knife that last for long time. For this knife I can not see that there is possible to do enything better sometimes when quality is 100% it is just not possible to do more. Great duo 20 cm Hybrid pan + 25cm Wok
I ordered a duo set ( Hybrid pan 20cm + Wok 25 cm + 20 cm lid ), my first Hexclad purchase!
The order came in by Postal Service and I would have preferred to pick it up from a parcel shop.
I love the pans and plan on eventually buying other items to replace my heavy cast-iron ceramic-coated casserols and roasting pans. I would like to see smaller items as I cooke for one ( maximum two people ). The description of the Omlete pan is a bit simplistic, and it doesn't give any indication that it could be used for other dishes ( a Spanish tortilla or arepas colombianas ) That pan could also be scaled down in size to make it perfect for one or two portions.

Quick delivery and email support deserve top rating. However, the description on the online product registration form of where to find the serial numbers is incorrect (that's why I wrote to customer support and was answered immediately with success!). Plus, once found, the serial numbers are almost impossible to read without a powerful magnifying glass. Also, I was very disappointed to notice that this product is made in China. I was expecting USA or European manufacturing. Not a fan at all of China manufacturing and would not normally support this.
