Does as advertised
We chose the Hexclad pepper mill and 1 litre hybrid pot after reading numerous reviews on-line. It's fair to say that so far, both have performed exemplary. My wife particularly loves the pepper mill, as it is easy to operate and you can get a lot of pepper out of the mill without having to twist it for ever, unlike cheaper devices. Both items appear to be well made.

2x Frying Pan with Lid 25cm & Frying Pan 20cm
So far so good, it's a little too soon to give a full critique of the pans as I've no experience of long term use. They are not too heavy (i've no strength in my hands) so this is a plus for me. They conduct heat well which is good as I've an ancient cooker so they shoud be even better when I change that.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear that you're enjoying your pans so far and appreciate you highlighting their weight and heat distribution. We hope you continue to enjoy cooking with HexClad!

HexClad Eu need to improve their delivery service
HexClad Eu need to tighten up who they use as couriers for their customers. My experience was not great. Firstly, my actual name was not included on the postage label on the boxes. Secondly, my order came on two different days, one part on Friday, the other on Monday. For such a high profile company selling top quality and expensive cookware, this was simply not good enough for me. Communication with the delivery company could have been a lot better than multiple meaningless text messages and my order should have been prepared and de,ivered on the same day.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're delighted to hear that you recognize the quality of our cookware, but we're sorry that the delivery experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the shipping label details, the split delivery, and the communication provided by the courier.
Customer feedback like yours is invaluable, and we continuously review our processes and partnerships to improve the overall experience we provide. We understand the importance of a smooth and well-coordinated delivery, especially for premium products.
Thank you for your patience and for bringing these points to our attention. We hope that despite the delivery challenges, you enjoy cooking with your HexClad cookware for many years to come.

The rectangular egg pan
I bought the rectangular egg pan. It performs very well and is a good size. I am not giving it 5 stars because, after researching Hexclad, I discovered that the surface of their pans have forever chemicals and is basically made of Teflon with a honeycomb armour. As a result, I don’t understand the ads about Hexclad pans being ‘for life’ and perfect for searing. Searing requires high temperatures while Teflon should not be subjected to high temperatures or it will degrade over time even without scratching. Conclusion, I am happy I only got the egg pan. Eggs don’t require high temperatures and my pan will just be for occasional use. Not surprisingly, I will not extend my collection of Hexclad pans and stick to Le Creuset, Greenpan, Lodge and stainless steel for other uses.

I ordered knife I am actually collecting good knifes because it matters when cutting something that the knife is good and I am very happy with my order beautiful sharp and exelant knife with green handle from wood and I love beautiful and quality wood and sharp knife that last for long time. For this knife I can not see that there is possible to do enything better sometimes when quality is 100% it is just not possible to do more. I dont have picture ready but I will make video and send to my page on facebook and insta and tik tok. Takes few days. Thank you. I love my knife.

Great duo 20 cm Hybrid pan + 25cm Wok
I ordered a duo set ( Hybrid pan 20cm + Wok 25 cm + 20 cm lid ), my first Hexclad purchase!
The order came in by Postal Service and I would have preferred to pick it up from a parcel shop.
I love the pans and plan on eventually buying other items to replace my heavy cast-iron ceramic-coated casserols and roasting pans. I would like to see smaller items as I cooke for one ( maximum two people ). The description of the Omlete pan is a bit simplistic, and it doesn't give any indication that it could be used for other dishes ( a Spanish tortilla or arepas colombianas ) That pan could also be scaled down in size to make it perfect for one or two portions.
Reply from hexclad.eu
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and your first HexClad purchase! We’re thrilled to hear that you love your pans and that they’re helping you make the switch from heavier cast-iron cookware.
We appreciate your feedback about smaller items and the omelette pan. It’s a great suggestion to offer more compact options for one or two people, and we’ll be sure to share this with our product team. We also take note of your thoughts on the description of the omelette pan—highlighting its versatility for dishes like Spanish tortillas or Colombian arepas is very helpful.
We’re excited to have you in the HexClad family and look forward to helping you expand your collection with more items that fit your cooking style.

It definitely is non stick and extremely easy to clean. Great that it can go in the dishwasher, as when my husband cooks, washing by hand is not his forte.
