I ordered a watch at the beginning of January 2022. It is now March and for the last three weeks Stowa, or their AI robot, has been telling me that my watch "is the final phase of production."
OK, but when will my watch be complete? No answer.
Please put me in touch with your billing department so I can see what it will take to cancel this order and get my money, readily taken at the beginning of January, back. No answer.
If Stowa would like to improve: tell me why you are having delays; I have been very reasonable for more than two months; don't advertise products and services that are not available; answer simple questions, not AI robot generated platitudes.
The last time I purchased a watch from Stowa the process was wonderful; that was why I was willing to purchase another, and more expensive, watch. I expected better from them.
