First time buyer here. I initially thought it was a scam but I still took my chances because I really needed them. They were the cheapest compared to other online sellers and they were the only ones who had Kendamil stage 3 in stock. I did not receive an email confirmation after placing my order so that got me worried more. I chose the 20$ delivery fee to be delivered to CA. It was delivered to my door on the 7th day. Overall, I appreciate the fast delivery and cheap prices and I will be buying again from them. I would totally recommend this site for those who are in doubt from buying here. And for the seller, I suggest to send us our confirmation numbers to lessen our worries and to help us track the location of our orders. Thank you!

I purchased a case of baby formula that was on sale. The page did not specify that the formula was on sale because it was going to expire within a matter of weeks. Considering all over the website they say that all their formula has at least a year shelf life, I assumed that would be accurate.
They sent formula that was expiring within a couple of weeks. When I disputed it with Pay Pal (since it was not as described and not in line with their policy) they only refunded 10%. A pathetic resolution. I am ongoing to dispute the charge with Paypal and my credit card as this was fraud.

I love everything about Baby's Best Food!
I love the quality of their products, their helpfulness and responsiveness whenever I had a question, the super fast shipping, and the fact that my twin babies are getting food and formula I trust much more than the products I can find in the US. Since the products are shipped from Europe, I always make sure to order early so I don't have any surprises (such as delays in US Customs), but I have consistently been receiving my deliveries in about 7 days. My babies are thriving, hitting all their milestones early, and have never been sick. I would not change a thing. Thank you, Baby's Best Food!

Excellent product but the goats milk is really stinky!
The formula is high quality and mixes very easily with water. We have been pleased with the customer service and delivery is very quick considering where it's coming from! We've been very happy! The goats milk has been much easier on our daughter's stomach and she's doing well on it. The smell is awful when she spits up but she is doing that less now than when she was using a cow's milk based formula.
