There is no tax being calulated in the bill when ordering an exam via the homepage. But in Germany, we are paying tax and as a company, I can reclaim the tax from the government. Thus, to get it right, I had to get my order canceled and a new one created by calling the service desk while may first payment got retransfered and I had to pay a second time reducing my cash flow more than needed. What a waste of time and ressources ...

The voucher for the digital badge is not working. Had issues 2x on 2 different certification. Had to email the support to get it done. Took more than a day for it to resolve. But otherwise, everything is good

Language at the purchase and the exam

When I attempted to purchase the exam, only language available was Spanish, and the exam didn't have a really good translation

No automated login info for e-learning

In this digital time and age, and for software testing, I am disappointed that it took a week before I received my login details for e-learning. This should be automated. Otherwise, things work, just not efficiently as it should.
