1. Whilst you are on the website already you are not able to select/change the country for exam. Therefore by accident my order appeared in IN and some other option yet, despite providing my address.
2. Second problem- This couldn’t be changed manually (which is bad). Not by me, not by service provider.
3. Because of above problem order was canceled by provider. User must wait for the refund.
4. Also on your website there is a bug (error is appearing when choosing the option). Somehow found work around.
5. I was informaed about cancellation by email but there was no info what to do to rebook it correctly. CS could provide a link or explain how that happened.
Unfortunately booking was not great experience. Hope that helps to improve.
