ordered a part with a part number and it arrived relatively quickly and in perfect condition, and the packaging was done correctly and strong, would recommend completely, 6 stars worthy

My orders are shipped when they are promised. OEM VW shop doesn't mislead me that the part is immediately available. They promise it by a date in the future and ship then.

Had to wait a while whilst order was processed, but part was a genuine new VW part at a much lower price than from VW in UK. Arrived well wrapped and in pristine condition.

The company is completely designed to cater to the customer, with fast, efficient, and easy ordering so you can get exactly what you need. Constant updates on your order. The only thing that could be improved is the time it takes to get the parts and ship them out. But even that isn't too bad.

Ich habe am 21.07.26 bestellt, die Preise sind gut und die Qualität auch. Die Ware war gut verpackt und es ist alles so wie erwartet. Die Ware kam aber leider erst am 10.08.26. Im Shop war eine Bearbeitungszeit von 6-10 Tagen angegeben. Ich habe den teureren Versand mit DPD ausgewählt, geliefert wurde es aber mit FedEx was mich leider unnötig Geld gekostet hat. Kann passieren und ist nicht weiter schlimm. Ich kann den Shop empfehlen, man sollte aber ggf. eine länger Lieferzeit einplanen.

VWOEMSHOP creates the impression that it sells genuine OEM parts. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my order. The part I received was clearly an aftermarket reproduction manufactured in China, despite being sold at a very high price. In principle, I have no issue with high-quality products made in China. However, the high-pressure hydraulic line I ordered had a noticeable restriction at one of the bends and showed several scratches. While the scratches themselves are not a major concern, my workshop advised me that a restriction in a high-pressure hydraulic line can potentially cause operational problems. After I reported this issue to VWOEMSHOP, I received a response a few days later stating that the restriction did not constitute a technical defect and that they were unwilling to replace the part. Given the condition of the product and the lack of willingness to address the issue, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the part and the customer service provided.

I like the quality of the parts and the careful packing. Also, every order arrives complete, with no errors or missing items, which shows a lot of care and attention to detail. What can be improved? The time taken to ship and shipping costs, but it's possible neither of these depend on the company.

The product and the price are okay. However, the delivery time is extremely long, which I do not find ideal. Additionally, the delivery time stated on the website for shipping to Austria did not match the actual delivery time for my order. I will not order from this supplier again.

Large selection of genuine VAG parts (sourced from VAG suppliers or factories worldwide). However, for individual customers, the lead time between ordering and shipping (when the part is not in stock) is very too much long. It appears that business orders are processed with priority. i think professioanl oerders are prior to private customer order ...

This is my second review of a purchase made in South Korea. The delivery last time was incredibly impressive, but this one is just as amazing. I was very satisfied with the meticulous packaging and the safe arrival of the package. Honestly, I don't think there is any other shopping mall where you can receive better service than this.
