Ordered an electronic control unit for the airbag system which could not be obtained from the Audi dealer.
OEMVWShop sourced this one. Took some time, but the part finally arrived and works as it should after being programmed by the Audi workshop. The car is now on the road again.
Very satisfied, but the communication could have been better when the delivery took some time.

on May 10, 2023, I placed an order worth 219.68 euros and I did not see any order number or awb number. they keep telling me reasons that they will solve it, but nothing. I don't think I'll see either the order or the money back. I wrote e-mails after e-mails, only reasons that they did not arrive from their warehouse, that they will notify their boss when they arrive, all kinds of reasons. order number 9910040623 of May 10, 2023.

Wir waren erst ein bisschen skeptisch, allerdings haben sich unsere Befürchtungen nicht bestätigt und die Ware ist sogar noch vor dem avisierten Liefertermin angekommen. Sauber und gut verpackt, gerne wieder wenn wir Teile brauchen.

Best source of hard to find genuine VAG parts, particularly for older vehicles
Much better website than VW Classic or Audi tradtion, much easier to find the part you are looking for.
The possiblitiy to search for parts by VIN and parts category would be a great addition.

Three weeks after payment, it turned out that one of the spare parts was out of stock. This was the only large part that made shipping more expensive. However, this store refused to refund the difference in shipping costs. Petty crooks.

We have offered and provided full refund of price you paid, since one of spare parts was not availanble. We are sorry but we are not able to ship any package to Canary Islands cheaper then 39 euro via courrier service

AAA. Positive purchasing experience: The product was the same as shown, they were always attentive to answer me. As for the shipping speed, it was not so outstanding, but the product arrived at its destination and was well packaged. It must be taken into account that the final destination was Panama (Latin America).
