I have made several orders and been thouroughly pleased, they send regular emails, as the order progresses to despatch and finally the tracking number, so the whole process is very good, the items are packed really well, plus a young lady that dealt with me once was able to speak English (I am in UK) which is a big plus, I was able to get parts that are otherwise difficult to obtain, I would not hesitate to recommend them, many thanks indeed.

Wir waren erst ein bisschen skeptisch, allerdings haben sich unsere Befürchtungen nicht bestätigt und die Ware ist sogar noch vor dem avisierten Liefertermin angekommen. Sauber und gut verpackt, gerne wieder wenn wir Teile brauchen.

Much better website than VW Classic or Audi tradtion, much easier to find the part you are looking for. The possiblitiy to search for parts by VIN and parts category would be a great addition.

Three weeks after payment, it turned out that one of the spare parts was out of stock. This was the only large part that made shipping more expensive. However, this store refused to refund the difference in shipping costs. Petty crooks.

AAA. Positive purchasing experience: The product was the same as shown, they were always attentive to answer me. As for the shipping speed, it was not so outstanding, but the product arrived at its destination and was well packaged. It must be taken into account that the final destination was Panama (Latin America).

I was initially nervous about ordering a reasonably high value item, but having checked with them first the lead time was as stated and a brand new item arrived and has been fitted. Perfect!
