Ordering process went very well and communication was excellent. Part arrived in reasonable time considering it was quite specific. I didn't like the extra hidden charges which appeared while actually checking out. 17.99 for postage is excessive considering it was just an envelope sized part. 5.00 insurance should be included with postage price. The extra charge for any/every payment method is just outrageous. Then to top it all I get hit with crazy import charges, which isn't directly in your control but is impacted by your charges.

Thanks for the part- this is exactly what I needed. Just a heads-up about FedEx deliveries to the US: FedEx Customs held this shipment for two weeks because they did not know the part's country of origin. Extracting this specific requirement was difficult because their phone system is designed to avoid human interaction. After I finally reached a human in FedEx Customs, I aspart's provided an e-mail account to send the origin info, and the shipment was here a day later. Very pleased with your shipping and availability. Not so pleased with FedEx, but I'm used to that.

Your website was very easy to navigate and I found the part easily. My only issue was the high delivery cost and the extra charge for payment. The part I was looking for was quite cheap, circa £12 but I ended up paying around £30 in total. I tried to identify other parts at the time that I could order to make the delivery charge more worthwhile but to no avail.

Ordered a rear spoiler part for my 2021 Skoda Octavia with a towbar from OEMVWShop (Slovakia) and, overall, I had a positive experience. The part arrived safely to the UK, was well packaged, and importantly it turned out to be the correct part and fitted perfectly. I had some concerns before dispatch regarding compatibility, as the part number was not explicitly listed against my VIN. To their credit, customer service responded to my query and reassured me that I could return the item if it proved incompatible. While I would have preferred a more definitive technical confirmation (particularly regarding compatibility with the newer NX platform), the support was polite and helpful. I also paid for the expert compatibility check service and freight insurance, which gave some additional reassurance when ordering from overseas. Shipping took a little time, as expected from an EU supplier post-Brexit, but everything arrived without issue. Overall: genuine part, good communication, and a successful outcome. I’d use them again, though clearer VIN-based compatibility guidance would make the process even better.

Everything went excellent! The communication was quick, detailed, and very professional. What I appreciated the most was the reassurance that the ordered part was the correct one - this gave me great peace of mind. It was also very important to me that the part was solid, well protected, and carefully packaged for shipment to another continent. Great job!

VWOEMSHOP creates the impression that it sells genuine OEM parts. Unfortunately, this was not the case with my order. The part I received was clearly an aftermarket reproduction manufactured in China, despite being sold at a very high price. In principle, I have no issue with high-quality products made in China. However, the high-pressure hydraulic line I ordered had a noticeable restriction at one of the bends and showed several scratches. While the scratches themselves are not a major concern, my workshop advised me that a restriction in a high-pressure hydraulic line can potentially cause operational problems. After I reported this issue to VWOEMSHOP, I received a response a few days later stating that the restriction did not constitute a technical defect and that they were unwilling to replace the part. Given the condition of the product and the lack of willingness to address the issue, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the part and the customer service provided.

I like the quality of the parts and the careful packing. Also, every order arrives complete, with no errors or missing items, which shows a lot of care and attention to detail. What can be improved? The time taken to ship and shipping costs, but it's possible neither of these depend on the company.

This is my second review of a purchase made in South Korea. The delivery last time was incredibly impressive, but this one is just as amazing. I was very satisfied with the meticulous packaging and the safe arrival of the package. Honestly, I don't think there is any other shopping mall where you can receive better service than this.

Large selection of genuine VAG parts (sourced from VAG suppliers or factories worldwide). However, for individual customers, the lead time between ordering and shipping (when the part is not in stock) is very too much long. It appears that business orders are processed with priority. i think professioanl oerders are prior to private customer order ...

Une étiquette à imprimer FedEx passe et quelques jours plus tard je suis remboursé ! Bravo ! Ça n’a pas marché cette fois mais je suis en confiance !!!

I live in South Africa where good service is not the norm. The service i received from OEMvwShop was exemplary. They kept me up to date with my order so i always knew where my order was. It was such a pleasure dealing with the ladies in identifying the correct parts that i needed to purchase for my vehicle . I never received that service when i tried for 6 months to get the information from the dealer here in Cape Town . Lastly i would just like to add , i saved myself over 50% in the price of the parts , and that includes the Duty and VAT . Thank you David H

pour la commande tout c est bien passer mais après mettre rendu compte de mon erreur de la pièces et est voulus faire un retour coli c est la que le souci à commencer . vous demander a vos clients de retourner les pièces via FedEx , DHL , DPD et autre transporters , mais lorsque lont vas chez eu pour faire un retour colis il nous dises tous quil leurs faut un bon de retour éditer par vous pour pouvoir faire le renvoie . sa fait 2 mail que je vous envoie en 10 jours et plus de réponse de ( info@oemshop.com ) . donc je ne comprend pas la chose ???? . et à se jours je nais toujours pa pus renvoyer la pièce que je croit vas me rester sur le dos dune valeur pas négligeable de 211.03

The best experience. Great quality product, extremely good packing, quick order processing. The delivery was reasonably priced, I even paid some extra for the insurance but with this packing it turned to be an overkill. It took 2 weeks from submitting my order to it's delivery to my door in UK.

oemvwshop has provided parts that I could not find new anywhere else for a reasonable price. Shipments can take a few weeks but with clear notifications of the delivery status. I recommend this company if you also look for high quality replacement parts for your car.

Absolutely trustworthy 👍 Top-notch price, fast processing of the purchase and shipping, and quick delivery via FedEx. I managed to get three necessary fairings—brand new and original—for less than the cost of a single used one on eBay in Germany 👍.

Overall everything was great. The contact was very friendly and professional, and the whole process went smoothly. The only small downside was that the delivery arrived 2 days later than originally planned. Apart from that, everything was top and I’m very satisfied.
