Ordered a rear spoiler part for my 2021 Skoda Octavia with a towbar from OEMVWShop (Slovakia) and, overall, I had a positive experience. The part arrived safely to the UK, was well packaged, and importantly it turned out to be the correct part and fitted perfectly. I had some concerns before dispatch regarding compatibility, as the part number was not explicitly listed against my VIN. To their credit, customer service responded to my query and reassured me that I could return the item if it proved incompatible. While I would have preferred a more definitive technical confirmation (particularly regarding compatibility with the newer NX platform), the support was polite and helpful. I also paid for the expert compatibility check service and freight insurance, which gave some additional reassurance when ordering from overseas. Shipping took a little time, as expected from an EU supplier post-Brexit, but everything arrived without issue. Overall: genuine part, good communication, and a successful outcome. I’d use them again, though clearer VIN-based compatibility guidance would make the process even better.

This is my second review of a purchase made in South Korea. The delivery last time was incredibly impressive, but this one is just as amazing. I was very satisfied with the meticulous packaging and the safe arrival of the package. Honestly, I don't think there is any other shopping mall where you can receive better service than this.

Une étiquette à imprimer FedEx passe et quelques jours plus tard je suis remboursé ! Bravo ! Ça n’a pas marché cette fois mais je suis en confiance !!!

pour la commande tout c est bien passer mais après mettre rendu compte de mon erreur de la pièces et est voulus faire un retour coli c est la que le souci à commencer . vous demander a vos clients de retourner les pièces via FedEx , DHL , DPD et autre transporters , mais lorsque lont vas chez eu pour faire un retour colis il nous dises tous quil leurs faut un bon de retour éditer par vous pour pouvoir faire le renvoie . sa fait 2 mail que je vous envoie en 10 jours et plus de réponse de ( info@oemshop.com ) . donc je ne comprend pas la chose ???? . et à se jours je nais toujours pa pus renvoyer la pièce que je croit vas me rester sur le dos dune valeur pas négligeable de 211.03

I live in South Africa where good service is not the norm. The service i received from OEMvwShop was exemplary. They kept me up to date with my order so i always knew where my order was. It was such a pleasure dealing with the ladies in identifying the correct parts that i needed to purchase for my vehicle . I never received that service when i tried for 6 months to get the information from the dealer here in Cape Town . Lastly i would just like to add , i saved myself over 50% in the price of the parts , and that includes the Duty and VAT . Thank you David H

The best experience. Great quality product, extremely good packing, quick order processing. The delivery was reasonably priced, I even paid some extra for the insurance but with this packing it turned to be an overkill. It took 2 weeks from submitting my order to it's delivery to my door in UK.

Good communication from the support team although it is quite slow. Prices are reasonable but no note to say they don't include taxes which you only find out when the courier sends you a large bill. The items were well packed and delivered safely. FedEx messed up but that's not your fault. Oddly had one email telling one of my items was out of stock, then a few hours later another email telling me they were ready to ship!!

Like most UK online buyers I was a bit hesitant to buy items from a European website so my first order was small and low value. The entire process from purchase to delivery was excellent. Products were genuine and arrived in perfect condition. I was informed by email regularly about each step. The low prices definitely would raise suspicion but don’t be put off! If you’re in a hurry for parts then this is not the place to purchase as the company may need to request parts from elsewhere. The wait is well worth it! I’d keep total purchase costs including delivery under £135 to avoid import duty and further delays. Another issue some may encounter is the lack of parts images on the website. This isn’t an issue if you know what you’re looking for but I would knock off half a star for this reason. Thanks for a great service.

Like the previous times, the items were sent in a package very nicely prepared. oemVWshop certainly is the best place to find and buy all of kind of spare parts for your VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda. The tracking on each step is always very good. The assistance is efficient

Very satisfied. Order processed quickly, shipment within the announced timeframe. Fragile products were very carefully packaged, with cardboard and wooden boards. The slightly high shipping costs are justified. The products arrived in perfect condition.

Everything arived, OEM quality. Delivery for older cars takes 1-2 months depending on the parts you are ordering. But one thing is sure, if it is somwhere in the world, these guys will get it, doesnt matter how long it will take. The only downside is the communication from sellers side. If some delivery is taking longer than 2 weeks, I would still like to know the status, what is on stock, what is still pending, etc. Especially if your order takes 2 months to ne shipped.

I like the way the products are presented to the clients, Simple and efective. The ONLY downside to me is the time between puchase and deliver, because i live very far from you company, and i understand ir takes time to get everything ready. In my last order there was a mistake made by me with the phone number and the delivery adress. But i contacted support and everything was made right. Great thanks to Patrícia. The prices are very good and the goods are well packaged, but the delivery takes too long. If you urgently need the spare part, you unfortunately have to find another seller. If you're not in a hurry for delivery, this is a good option.

Thomas was especially helpful when I encountered issue while placing the order. Two things to point out. Online payment can be improved . Both my US and Indonesia credit cards were declined and I only managed to pay on my fifth attempt. Address form was confusing and I ended mixing the billing and shipping address. Luckily Thomas stepped in and fixed it.

I wish cheaper shipping options were available for Balkan countries, as compared to Europe; the financial situation here is not good. The shipping cost for my VW part I bought was the same price as the product. And if it were possible (like AliExpress does), to declare the pricing in the packages as if lower, so we could skip some of the customs taxes and fees. The customs cost me almost the same as the package and shipping combined, which made the product too expensive for me, though I needed it!

Very good site and friendly staff for communication. Some of all the items I ordered was not in stock and therefore longer delivery times. But they managed to send the items that they had in stock directly om my request, that was good.
