After several orders I am very pleased with the fact that I always have received the products I ordered. Especially because I order quite a lot of specific parts in different ammounts. The delivery takes a few weeks and that should be taken into account. Finding new parts for cars can be quite tricky so I have not really had a problem with this. And you get updates on your order every few days so you know what is going on, which I appreciate a lot. If you can wait for the parts you ordered for a few weeks I highly recommend this company to buy original parts for the car brands they offer. And until now even the fragile parts have always been carefully packaged and I have had no issues with any damages from transport.

Ich benötigte ein Ersatzteil für einen Audi A2. Dieses Teil war in DE nicht mehr zu bekommen. Hier habe ich dieses Teil auf Nachfrage bestellen können. Es dauerte zwar etwas länger, aber dieser Kauf war einfach, zuverlässig und die Ware kam nach der Versandbestätigung schnell und einwandfrei bei mir an. I live in the USA and unfortunately can’t get parts through Audi Tradition for my older Audi's. This was my first experience ordering from oemVWshop, and it was a great one. Ordering process went very well and communication was excellent. Part arrived in reasonable time considering it was quite specific. I didn't like the extra hidden charges which appeared while actually checking out. 17.99 for postage is excessive considering it was just an envelope sized part. 5.00 insurance should be included with postage price. The extra charge for any/every payment method is just outrageous. Then to top it all I get hit with crazy import charges, which isn't directly in your control but is impacted by your charges.

Excellent experience with OEMVWShop. All the parts I ordered were genuine OEM Audi and arrived in good condition despite the long international journey to Argentina. Communication was great throughout the process and they were always helpful with my questions. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them for genuine OEM parts.

Wide offer of Genuine VAG OEM Spare Parts from European suppliers, and products are very well packaged and with rigorous care. But please can you try progress by improoving or work to reduce time between order payment accepted step and shipping step in your process !! nearly 6 week business days instead of 5 to 10 business days announced is not really fine and so good user experience ! (for the 1st of a series of 7 orders placed in the begining of June)

I think this is the only company that packages each brake pad meticulously. I ordered from South Korea, and they arrived very safely. Thank you for always providing good prices and shipping quality. I bought a fridge basket for our T5. It had to be an original product because there is a lug on each end that holds it in place in transit. A generic one wasn't going to work. It arrived very well wrapped and I'm happy to have it. Communication was great and I knew exactly when it was arriving. Great experience, thanks.

Customer service is okay. I got answers to most of my questions. Website is good and clear. Many original parts still available wich is a good thing. Products were nicely packed and everything what i ordered was in the package. Would recommend if you are looking for original parts for your Volkswagen/Audi.

Thanks for the part- this is exactly what I needed. Just a heads-up about FedEx deliveries to the US: FedEx Customs held this shipment for two weeks because they did not know the part's country of origin. Extracting this specific requirement was difficult because their phone system is designed to avoid human interaction. After I finally reached a human in FedEx Customs, I aspart's provided an e-mail account to send the origin info, and the shipment was here a day later. Very pleased with your shipping and availability. Not so pleased with FedEx, but I'm used to that.

Your website was very easy to navigate and I found the part easily. My only issue was the high delivery cost and the extra charge for payment. The part I was looking for was quite cheap, circa £12 but I ended up paying around £30 in total. I tried to identify other parts at the time that I could order to make the delivery charge more worthwhile but to no avail.

Ordered a rear spoiler part for my 2021 Skoda Octavia with a towbar from OEMVWShop (Slovakia) and, overall, I had a positive experience. The part arrived safely to the UK, was well packaged, and importantly it turned out to be the correct part and fitted perfectly. I had some concerns before dispatch regarding compatibility, as the part number was not explicitly listed against my VIN. To their credit, customer service responded to my query and reassured me that I could return the item if it proved incompatible. While I would have preferred a more definitive technical confirmation (particularly regarding compatibility with the newer NX platform), the support was polite and helpful. I also paid for the expert compatibility check service and freight insurance, which gave some additional reassurance when ordering from overseas. Shipping took a little time, as expected from an EU supplier post-Brexit, but everything arrived without issue. Overall: genuine part, good communication, and a successful outcome. I’d use them again, though clearer VIN-based compatibility guidance would make the process even better.

Found the part required online and ordered part after some emails to make sure that the part ordered was correct ie a left or right component and some emails took some time to get replies
