Ordered an electronic control unit for the airbag system which could not be obtained from the Audi dealer.
OEMVWShop sourced this one. Took some time, but the part finally arrived and works as it should after being programmed by the Audi workshop. The car is now on the road again.
Very satisfied, but the communication could have been better when the delivery took some time.

on May 10, 2023, I placed an order worth 219.68 euros and I did not see any order number or awb number. they keep telling me reasons that they will solve it, but nothing. I don't think I'll see either the order or the money back. I wrote e-mails after e-mails, only reasons that they did not arrive from their warehouse, that they will notify their boss when they arrive, all kinds of reasons. order number 9910040623 of May 10, 2023.

As my collegue tried to explanin via email, it is limited qt in warehouse and we are not able to get it at the moment. We have never confirmed stock of this spare part, but handling time for order 14-21 days + shipping.
After order was placed, we have got information from local warehouse about that handkling time for order is unknown, because of that we decided co cancel order and send full amount back to you, to avoid long waiting time..
We are sorry for this case, but hope full refund in case of problem like this is a good solution for you.

Three weeks after payment, it turned out that one of the spare parts was out of stock. This was the only large part that made shipping more expensive. However, this store refused to refund the difference in shipping costs. Petty crooks.

Delivery could be better
The products are nice. The service and response time also very good. But the promised delivery time is in all the cases of buying much longer.
Bought it n stock parts should be sent within 48h, the reality is that it will be shipped after some week or weeks. You should keep in mind to order in advance.

My order #9910048666 was paid on 12/09/23 and more than a month has passed since that time and two weeks have passed since the “estimated dispatch date” but my order has not been sent and there is no clear answer from support when it will be sent.

Good experience, but communication is to be improved
Communication is something to be improved. Sometimes the company replies within the same day, and sometimes they reply after multiple reminders after a week. This might be due to increased traffic of the holiday period (order placed in December). Otherwise experience was good, items were correct and arrived within a reasonable time plus they were packaged very well to avoid damage in shipping.

I have to warn about this "shop". I placed an order 17 days ago and since then I haven't heard anything from them. I paid 720 euro and it seems the money are wasted on this fraud. I have asked them twice by email about my order but no reply at all. I can't warn enought about this shop as they seem to be a complete scam.

Passez vous chemin, y'a rien... en stock!
J'ai demandé la disponibilité pour commander et au final, un mois après la commande, on me rembourse sans explication. Un mois de perdu pour rien, ils feraient mieux de dire que ce n'est pas possible dès le début.
Au final, un site qui a l'air attractif, mais les trois quarts des articles voir plus sont commandés vers leurs fournisseurs et en cas de refus ou d'indisponibilité, tout tombe à l'eau. Ce n'est pas sérieux du tout.
Bref, allez en concession ou trouver des vrais professionnels, avec serte des prix plus élevés, mais des articles disponibles.

Commande acceptée le 08/05/2023, ils m'ont envoyé un numéro de suivi déjà utilisé... Après avoir contacté la société de transport (PPL) ainsi que OEMVWSHOP ils m'ont renvoyé un numéro de suivi. Surprise, c'était le même numéro.. Ca fait bientôt 1 mois que j'attends mes pièces et je ne sais même pas si elles sont en route...
