Ordered an electronic control unit for the airbag system which could not be obtained from the Audi dealer.
OEMVWShop sourced this one. Took some time, but the part finally arrived and works as it should after being programmed by the Audi workshop. The car is now on the road again.
Very satisfied, but the communication could have been better when the delivery took some time.

on May 10, 2023, I placed an order worth 219.68 euros and I did not see any order number or awb number. they keep telling me reasons that they will solve it, but nothing. I don't think I'll see either the order or the money back. I wrote e-mails after e-mails, only reasons that they did not arrive from their warehouse, that they will notify their boss when they arrive, all kinds of reasons. order number 9910040623 of May 10, 2023.

As my collegue tried to explanin via email, it is limited qt in warehouse and we are not able to get it at the moment. We have never confirmed stock of this spare part, but handling time for order 14-21 days + shipping.
After order was placed, we have got information from local warehouse about that handkling time for order is unknown, because of that we decided co cancel order and send full amount back to you, to avoid long waiting time..
We are sorry for this case, but hope full refund in case of problem like this is a good solution for you.

AAA. Positive purchasing experience: The product was the same as shown, they were always attentive to answer me. As for the shipping speed, it was not so outstanding, but the product arrived at its destination and was well packaged. It must be taken into account that the final destination was Panama (Latin America).

Three weeks after payment, it turned out that one of the spare parts was out of stock. This was the only large part that made shipping more expensive. However, this store refused to refund the difference in shipping costs. Petty crooks.

I truly believed I was purchasing the part from the manufacturer, which is AudiVW and not a third party. I say so because the email I received said they are getting the part from the “supplier”.
Therefore, the part is extremely expensive. An added cost is added so OEM can make a profit.

I am able to purchase out of production parts at a reasonable price. Shipping to the USA takes a longer time than desired and the shipping is pricey. That said, I am still satisfied withe the Genuine OE parts that are available.
