AAA. Positive purchasing experience: The product was the same as shown, they were always attentive to answer me. As for the shipping speed, it was not so outstanding, but the product arrived at its destination and was well packaged. It must be taken into account that the final destination was Panama (Latin America).

They have a lot of rare spare parts but the price might be lower

I truly believed I was purchasing the part from the manufacturer, which is AudiVW and not a third party. I say so because the email I received said they are getting the part from the “supplier”. Therefore, the part is extremely expensive. An added cost is added so OEM can make a profit.

I am able to purchase out of production parts at a reasonable price. Shipping to the USA takes a longer time than desired and the shipping is pricey. That said, I am still satisfied withe the Genuine OE parts that are available.

OEM parts availability. Need to show accurate pictures of all parts for visual verification before ordering. I have refrained from ordering parts because I can’t see the actual product.

J'ai demandé la disponibilité pour commander et au final, un mois après la commande, on me rembourse sans explication. Un mois de perdu pour rien, ils feraient mieux de dire que ce n'est pas possible dès le début. Au final, un site qui a l'air attractif, mais les trois quarts des articles voir plus sont commandés vers leurs fournisseurs et en cas de refus ou d'indisponibilité, tout tombe à l'eau. Ce n'est pas sérieux du tout. Bref, allez en concession ou trouver des vrais professionnels, avec serte des prix plus élevés, mais des articles disponibles.

Le délai de traitement très lent j'ai une commande numéro 9910038698 normalement la date d'échéance pour le 17/04/2023 jusqu'à présent j'ai rien reçu mon colis même pas une réponse directe pour savoir où es le problème je suis vraiment déçu
