Good filaments at affordable prices, many color options too. Out of many, many spools I only had problem with one (lower diameter) and you sent me another one free of charge :)
What I miss is maybe a better integration with Bambulab ecosystem (profiles). It's my 3rd printer and while I nailed the params with the first two printers, this one's workflow is a bit different, so the premade profiles would be a good starting point.

My only dislikes are their reusable spools, which seem a bit overcomplicated compared with the competition, and the constant stock shortages.

We try our best to have appropriate stock, but with growth we are having, and 600+ SKUs it is hard to make all this filaments with shortages of production lines and time. Regarding the reusable spool system, we respectfully disagree, and we stand behidn the fact we are havign the best refill solution on the market. The filament used in the AMS shows a high level of dirt, which indicates that it may already be contaminated from the factory. Additionally, the refill comes with the filament loose, which causes jams during the feeding process and compromises print continuity.
It has also been observed that some vacuum bags are not properly sealed, allowing moisture to enter. As a result, the filament has a high moisture content right at the start of printing, negatively affecting the final print quality.

Great colors of the PETG material - especially the transparent filament. The rebate price around 11 Euros is okay. Please make this to the regular price for the material. I am happy to order filament made in Europe so there is no need to ship this stuff from China. And I like the spools for the refill. They fit to BambuLabs AMS and AMS lite.
