As a technophobe, I always worry when I have to upload new software especially anything to do with Microsoft. However, I am delighted to say that I have found a company who not only sells quality products, but also offers advice, guidance and even 1:1 support. Using the AnyDesk app Davide was able to spend time to sort out the glitches to ensure that Microsoft worked seamlessly. I have never received such excellent service by initially Daniel who set up my session with Davide. They are truly amazing. Words fail me. Needless to say I am delighted.
