As a technophobe, I always worry when I have to upload new software especially anything to do with Microsoft. However, I am delighted to say that I have found a company who not only sells quality products, but also offers advice, guidance and even 1:1 support. Using the AnyDesk app Davide was able to spend time to sort out the glitches to ensure that Microsoft worked seamlessly. I have never received such excellent service by initially Daniel who set up my session with Davide. They are truly amazing. Words fail me. Needless to say I am delighted.

I was considering purchasing this item from the software manufacturer until I saw Prime License genuine software at a reduced price. I had never heard of this company but as the reviews were so good and Daniel actually sent me an encouraging email I went ahead. I'd already suffered at the hands of a less scrupulous AutoCAD provider. I emailed Prime License with a couple of questions on Sunday and received a comprehensive reply the same day. That, their website and ratings gave me the confidence to proceed with a purchase.

Excellent knowledgable staff that helped me with my concerns and issues. Top notch. Some say if it's to good to be true then there's probably a catch. So far I haven't seen any. Bought the licence received an email with relevant info and off I went non-issues.

Daniel was very helpful and tried to do all he could to help. Unfortunately because of the MIcrosoft Safe Mode on the laptop the programme couldn't be unzipped and payment made was refunded. Thank you
