The order arrived in exactly one week, in Romania. I ordered on Thursday, but the package was picked up by DHL on Tuesday. Maybe it was because I specifically mentioned that I would like for it to arrive from Monday on. Or some cheese assortments were not on stock, as they mention this could lead to a up to two days delay.
Anyway, it was just two days on the road with delivery in Bucharest. To summit it all, it is a great service and I will definitely try again. Not to mention the cheese, as it was as I expected, even better.

The GCS payment system is broken if you want to send the cheese to one address, but have your payment address be different. I just had a terrible experience because of this flaw. My cheese did arrive, but only by luck. After many attempts to get it corrected properly, my delivery address was still not correct! The cheese is great, but that payment system… not so good. To conclude, I will only order from GCS again when my delivery and payment address are identical.

Great cheese
I have been buying cheese from Gouda Cheese Shop for many years. There is great selection of cheese and also some other Dutch food products. Great quality of cheese with reasonable prices. Unfortunately after the Brexit they stopped sending to the UK and I must use my family’s EU address for delivery.It’s not the company fault anyway.

Good products and fast shipping.
All else was great with my order, but unfortunately I received my whole round cheese cut in 4 pieces. The whole 13kg cheese was to be a present and 4 pieces that are not even from the same cheese, just isn't the same thing so the gift will something else.

Prompt order handling and well packaged. Quick response by customer service question regarding tracking. Very generous with the weights received.
Only problem is with DHL tracking between Netherlands and Sweden which is very misleading.

This is some of the best cheese we have had. We actually tried it on a recent visit to Amsterdam and brought some home and we were so thrilled to find out that we were able to order more online.
