Great but it could even be better
Routine of confirming and sending is great. The communication while waiting the products to arrive on stock(and being late) to be sent could be a bit better by just sending pne mail to confirm it arrival. But overall experience is satisfying. Also, products should have instructions for installing if you already sell it.
Ordered AXP hard gen 2 skid plate which fits great and is easy to instal on my ktm 890 adventure r my2026.
Also ordered cycra pro-band hand-guards together with the cycra clamps and looks perfect on my handlebar. Also end caps fits nicely on pro-bands

Big order - product issue but impressive customer service
I made an order of a few items and all was ok but one of the items (Universal Radiator Cooling Fan Kit) was not the correct item as the website. It said it was automatic switch for the temperature sensor but it was not.
I contacted them and the customer service was very polite and helpful. I called on the phone and was happy to speak to a person and the be treated kindly.
I was unfortunately not able to get the product / kit I wanted as apparently it was a supplier issue. So I was provided return and refund. I have had to but the fan kit from another site.
Although it was frustrating I was happy and impressed with the customer service and the other items were all fine.
4 stars - would have been 5 if I was able to find a solution for the product that I wanted.

Some trouble during delivery and worse all the pack as been opened but nothing missing. Other problem but not your fault the 2 KTm plastic rear fender extension for plate and turning lights where de good part number but the parts are
not the one corresponding to my bike Husaberg TE250 2012 . 🙈 thanks any way
