I made an order of a few items and all was ok but one of the items (Universal Radiator Cooling Fan Kit) was not the correct item as the website. It said it was automatic switch for the temperature sensor but it was not. I contacted them and the customer service was very polite and helpful. I called on the phone and was happy to speak to a person and the be treated kindly. I was unfortunately not able to get the product / kit I wanted as apparently it was a supplier issue. So I was provided return and refund. I have had to but the fan kit from another site. Although it was frustrating I was happy and impressed with the customer service and the other items were all fine. 4 stars - would have been 5 if I was able to find a solution for the product that I wanted.

I have ordered from GreenlandMX a few times and have been very satisfied with the service and products. The ordering process has always been smooth, and delivery has been reliable. One thing that could be improved is offering promotions more often. For example, occasional 10% or 20% discount campaigns would be greatly appreciated and would encourage me to place orders more frequently.

Some trouble during delivery and worse all the pack as been opened but nothing missing. Other problem but not your fault the 2 KTm plastic rear fender extension for plate and turning lights where de good part number but the parts are not the one corresponding to my bike Husaberg TE250 2012 . 🙈 thanks any way

It was great experience interacting with the team, especially with Beatriz. She was very supportive and helpful despite the fact that the braces I ordered didn’t fit due to my legs specifics. Everything was handled with care and speed.

I want to thank to the GreenlandMX logistics team for quality control before delivery. The logists have identified, that the goods on stock was defective and they have stopped the delivery. The ordered goods was delivered in 100% shape, after restocking, about one week later. Thank you for great service.

Polisport protection for Stark Varg is not perfect as you need to after tighten screws to not let oil out of gearbox. Who knows, maybe I need to do it more times and finally distances will break. A good stor should know their products well. Not only sell others stuff.

My experience with GreenlandMX shop is mostly positive but for one thing. They don't deliver to Cyprus. I had to make my order through another intermediary company. After the order I waited for two weeks but my item wasn't shipped. After a call they shipped it the same day. Coincidence? I don't think so. Nevertheless, I'll definitely order there again if need something.
