Delivery was fast enough and prices acceptable. Only minor was that Techocell seat cover to my CR250R 1992 Honda. It was hardened too much by time and would not stretch like new ones. There is still line in the midle of seat from rear to front which will not straighten. And rear end of the seat, never had so big problems to strecth seat cover over rear looking good. And I have had much more difficultier seat covers to put in place. I guess it has been very long time in the warehouse and in the paggage. After all, everything is fine and I will purchase items from GreenlandMX in the future again!

5 weeks to deliver an item. Initially out of stock but this wasn't comminucated for 3 weeks. I sent several messages to their support person before any response. Then it was supposedly delivered but hadn't been. I asked for my money back - no response. About 5 days later it arrived. If you want stress and poor communication then consider this when you purchase. Previously I've used them without too much delay etc. I'm definitely worried by their lack of customer service really. Not sure if I will use them again when other companies exist. The caveat is I ordered in the Christmas New Year break. Even so they were work days when I ordered so.....5 weeks seems a real long time to wait.

i had a technical issue and the support requested pictures of the items mounted + the original package info (the product reference I suppose). But the package was sent to the garbage and the support is not helping due to that fact. We're talking about a product sent from your warehouse and proved invoice and still need that package to find out is the wrong product?! I'm not happy and that's the reason I'll avoid GreenlandMX for my future purchases. To be honest I've been using other 2 websites and had similar issues and the support they've provided (which was great), keeps me being a costumer for those websites.

Gentile cliente, il suo account GMX non è un account professionale, ma ha lo status di associazione sportiva, quindi gli sconti non sono così elevati come per un account B2B. Poiché non avete una TVA, i vostri acquisti devono essere fatturati con le tasse, quindi la differenza tra un acquisto come privato o come associazione sportiva non è così significativa. you have to improve communication with the customer and deliveries have to be faster. Because what was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 days, a month has passed and I still haven't received the order.

Late notice about unavailability

It took three weeks after ordering until I received a mail saing what I ordered was not in store and would not be sent until april. Such late notice is a problem when you are shopping for Christmas.

The 6th adn 8th December has been public holidays so your order has been dispatched a little later than expected. In the following 4 business days the delivered has been registered correctly, but you confirmed unfortunately didn take place so a claim has been submitted. Zero communication. My shipping address was and still is listed correctly on my account, but after placing my order the shipping address set as my billing address. After three emails and online forms, no one responded and the items arrived at the wrong address.

Thanks for contacting us and share your experience. We have checked the payment has been done by Express Paypal service, so you have selected the destination since your Paypal account. Perhaps you entered the address that was saved by default on this platform, and not the one you had selected in your GMX account. The expedition was made 2 business days ahter its registration so we couldnt change the information before. Our international customer service have received only 1 message from you after 2 weeks, so it was impossible for us to do anything. We hope we have clarified your doubts Best regards GMX team.

Thanks for share your experience keeping us informed about your case. We have checked you bought a kit (helmet+googles) with a web edition mistake in googles model so we have proposed you a reduction on these if you decided to keep them. As you has refused this option we have informed you had always the possibility to return the complete kit. Unfortunately you have used the helmet after being informed of these conditions, so a return was impossible taking into account the kit is sold as a single unit, and used products are in no case refundable. In no case our team have treated you in a disrespectful way, you have just been informed about the conditions of sale and your responsibility as a consumer. Best regards from the GMX team.

Delivery service was bad. Poor communication among GreenlandMX, courier and customers. Very difficult to contact the GreenlandMX and the courier. Courier didn't deliver the goods on the scheduled day and I waited for the goods at home the whole day. Courier re-delivered the goods to my house on Saturday instead of the scheduled Monday. Luckily I was at home at that time. What a mess!
