Delivery was fast enough and prices acceptable. Only minor was that Techocell seat cover to my CR250R 1992 Honda. It was hardened too much by time and would not stretch like new ones. There is still line in the midle of seat from rear to front which will not straighten. And rear end of the seat, never had so big problems to strecth seat cover over rear looking good. And I have had much more difficultier seat covers to put in place. I guess it has been very long time in the warehouse and in the paggage. After all, everything is fine and I will purchase items from GreenlandMX in the future again!

5 weeks to deliver an item. Initially out of stock but this wasn't comminucated for 3 weeks. I sent several messages to their support person before any response. Then it was supposedly delivered but hadn't been. I asked for my money back - no response. About 5 days later it arrived. If you want stress and poor communication then consider this when you purchase. Previously I've used them without too much delay etc. I'm definitely worried by their lack of customer service really. Not sure if I will use them again when other companies exist. The caveat is I ordered in the Christmas New Year break. Even so they were work days when I ordered so.....5 weeks seems a real long time to wait.

Very good store with a huge variety of products.
But, delayed delivery. The order was made at 16/4/24 and it was sent at 26/4/24.
Then it was received at 10/5/24.
Also very expensive shipping cost for a business account.

free delivery from €150 to €50 and VAT free
I really think they should lower the minimum amount for free delivery from €150 to €50.
When I have time, I gradually add items to the cart, but when I'm in a hurry, I end up opting to buy from MotocrossCenter because they offer free shipping on orders over €50.
But without ano doubt, I prefer your services. Better website, better delivery times, better packaging.
And MotocrossCenter also makes invoices VAT free for companies. also a plus for them.
Hope you can do better on this points!
