I was going to give 4 stars based on the length of time the roof rails took to arrive here in Portugal, but to be fair from the time the tracking process begun to actual receipt was not the fault of OCP. Service from OCP was good and my telephone calls were answered each time. I spoke with Omar twice and he was very good. The roof bars are original Opel and were well packaged. Thank you.

On 13th May 2026, I placed an order with Original Car Parts for a set of Peugeot alloy wheels and paid €2,421.58 in full. Following the purchase, I received no meaningful update regarding the status, shipment, or expected delivery date of the order. Over the course of approximately fifteen Netherlands business days, I made numerous attempts to obtain an update, including multiple emails and three international telephone calls to the company. During these interactions, I was repeatedly assured that a follow-up would be provided. However, no follow-up communication was received and no shipping confirmation, tracking details, or substantive progress update was provided. Given the significant period that has elapsed since payment, the absence of proactive communication, and the failure to provide the promised updates despite repeated attempts to engage with the company, confidence in the vendor's ability to fulfil the order has been undermined. As a result, a request has been made to cancel the order and obtain a full refund of €2,421.58 to the original payment method. I do hope I get a response from the company confirming the cancellation a refund issuance, otherwise I will have to escalate matters further.

Order processing times weren't fast, but everything I ordered arrived correctly. The only negative is the email response. I emailed several times to check on my order, but they never responded. Other than that, nothing to report. The products arrived correctly. I will definitely order again.

Products as described, original oem quality. Very happy with these. Delivery via PostNL was poor, suggest to choose a different courier

Had an issue with the wrong part getting delivered. The customer service resolved the issue within a day and are shipping the correct parts. Fingers crossed when they arrives in the UK they’re correct. Would recommend

This item took a total 36 days to arrive, email contact was sparse and had to keep asking for updates. Sourceing the part may have been difficult but informing me of that would have explained the long wait.

Rare original part to Opel which is difficult and expensive to find. Cheap copies are in many places but not this OEM.
