Typical Portuguese enthusiasm! I have their tablet using DMD2 and awaiting my DMD Remote1. I love shops like this that are there because they love riding bikes. Who wouldn't in Portugal?! It's obvious from their incredible tablet and nav software that they are leading edge--although still under development, the T865 makes an XT2 look like a paperweight--I have both. They also sell great quality gear--although it seems that, of the orders I've made, their stock seems a little sparse. I don't mind sacrificing a little for a shop that is doing everything to get better.

I still have not received my order, but the rating is already requested.

When I ordered every item was shown available, 6 days later I asked about the status and was told that they were waiting on one product and the farmers strike wasn't helping. Another week later I asked for the status again - no response but an information of (planned) shipment - still no answer. Talk to your customers and answer if they ask!

My order was processed quickly and the DHL courier system worked flawlessly. But the OMD cord supplied does not fit my bike - I used the website contact form to try to get this resolved and to date have heard nothing. I therefore cannot use the OMD that I bought. Rather disappointing

Only thing dispayed on DMD2 (beta as demanded) is throtthe and speed sent from my Bmw f 800 gs 2016. Should be able to do more since orher apps detect alot from engine etc. A Idea would be that DMD2 makes a Dashboard with all sorts of info like drivemode, blinkers etc.

Do not describe a product you are selling as "in stock-delivered in three days" while it is not: I ordered your device two weeks ago and it is not even shipped.

Haven’t received my package for 3rd week now. Zero reply on mail or via your website formula.

I recently wrote regarding the Thork DMD 12mm AMPS Bracket SE I purchased, informing that one of the 4 bolts quickly broke in half during installation and further, that the provided holes/slots for the AMPS fitting were extremely small and had to be drilled to allow for the bolt size needed to accommodate the Carpe Iter cradle. I have received no reply or response whatsoever, not great customer service for someone who has spent extensively on your products.

after numerous email exchanges in order to understand and find a solution and to make it clear that the support and yours do not correspond and having found no answer to my question, I finally modified the support by drilling myself, too bad for a good quality material or ultimately you have to drill for it to work

At the moment, very unhappy with the purchase, it's been more than a week since the purchase and the shipping information is always the same.

I am not satisfied that parts are shown as "in Stock" during order process and after the order it turns out, that some parts are not in Stock. Update for information only on e-Mail Demand. Definitively Room for improvement.
