I would like the ability to do tracks and trips on a larger computer screen. Waypoints and especially more icons for waypoints to choose from could be much better. Track recording should always start automatically and be automatically saved to the archive every night at 12:00

There's nothing wrong with their service, but I did not get any information of my ordered items was out of stock. I had to call them to get a reaction. There's room for improvement in this area. I have no complaints on any of the stuff I have ordered from them.

I haven't received my order yet. Also there is no answer to my last request (i asked to tell me the shipping date!) I hope I will get my ordered items...

Insupportable !! Vous me demander un avis sur ma commande ?? Depuis plus de 15 jours maintenant je n'ai absolument au une nouvelle de celle ci !!. Ça n'est pas très sérieux et je souhaite très rapidement des explications.

El producto es espectacular, pero he enviado hasta dos veces peticiones/consultas a traves del mail de contacto y no he recibido respuesta en ninguno de los dos casos. En este aspecto tienen que mejorar sin duda alguna.

Reply to customers within a decent timeframe....and if you are out for holidays state it on your website!

Note if the product is on back order so the buyer (me) can know if that product will be there in time.

The order was placed 18 days ago and the product was supposed to be in stock, but it hasn’t even been shipped yet.

Have not received what I ordered

Frustrating experience. Item was stuck at customs, Thork washed their hand off providing no info. In my case DHL also didn't contact with process to clear customs. So, the shipment returned back to Thork.

Ordered and paid items „in stock“ over two weeks ago. Wrote two emails since to ask about delivery status and never received a reply. I’m afraid this is a scam…

I recently wrote regarding the Thork DMD 12mm AMPS Bracket SE I purchased, informing that one of the 4 bolts quickly broke in half during installation and further, that the provided holes/slots for the AMPS fitting were extremely small and had to be drilled to allow for the bolt size needed to accommodate the Carpe Iter cradle. I have received no reply or response whatsoever, not great customer service for someone who has spent extensively on your products.

Typical Portuguese enthusiasm! I have their tablet using DMD2 and awaiting my DMD Remote1. I love shops like this that are there because they love riding bikes. Who wouldn't in Portugal?! It's obvious from their incredible tablet and nav software that they are leading edge--although still under development, the T865 makes an XT2 look like a paperweight--I have both. They also sell great quality gear--although it seems that, of the orders I've made, their stock seems a little sparse. I don't mind sacrificing a little for a shop that is doing everything to get better.

I am not satisfied that parts are shown as "in Stock" during order process and after the order it turns out, that some parts are not in Stock. Update for information only on e-Mail Demand. Definitively Room for improvement.

I have since I placed and order late May, not receive a delivery date, despite serval mails both direct and via Web, not heard any thing back! I still hope to hear back since the order amount has left my bank account!
