Had an issue with an old device not working with the latest update. Contacted tech support and they were awesome! So much so, they modified the last update to include a "patch" for older devices and Google play store errors with the software!!!
First-rate company, and their gps map app is fantastic with all the right extra bits, including BT obdii support!
Doubt I'll ever need to try another mapping program for my travels!

I recently wrote regarding the Thork DMD 12mm AMPS Bracket SE I purchased, informing that one of the 4 bolts quickly broke in half during installation and further, that the provided holes/slots for the AMPS fitting were extremely small and had to be drilled to allow for the bolt size needed to accommodate the Carpe Iter cradle. I have received no reply or response whatsoever, not great customer service for someone who has spent extensively on your products.

I am so glad I decided to get the dashboard instead of just using my phone. It is much easier to see, and I don't have to pull over and take the phone from the holder. Also, I do not have to worry about updating my subscription since it comes with a lifetime subscription. The mounting hardware is incredible, also. Thanks.
